Proximity to strip and the pool was great. Room was very comfortable
Had to plunge the toilet, plumbing in general needs update
Very decent value
Needed freshening up
The bathroom tub was amazing because I'm 6'2" and it fit me perfectly!
bathrooms very clean bedrooms ok mattress ok kitchens ok price ok
coffee table old and scratched sofa a bit used
I loved everything
I know this hotel is pet friendly. But once we got into room smelled like cat urine. Didn't like that. Had to go to walmart to get febreeze to get some of the smell out.
Cleanliness Lack of breakfast You have to ask for towels and linens
The Desert Rose is very handy to the strip and had a nice pool
The room was not serviced or sheets changed in the 8 days we were there. The housemaid came late on the 7th day I think to offer us clean linen but she couldn't speak English so we said not to worry we are going home the next day.
Location just off-strip Easy in and out (not like the big hotels where you have to walk a lot)
Daily room cleaning & changing sheets costs extra ! Very small pool It is a nice solution for families but misses on the Vegas experience a bit - consider one of the big hotels if you look for that experience ...
noise from hooters
Close enough to the strip for any action required. Facilities in resort cater for all needs.
Furnishings and carpets need renewal.
The walls are thin, too much noise with neighbors.
room swimming pool wifi
Our two bedroom unit was spacious and with the air conditioning unit on, was surprisingly quiet! The pool area was nice and the concierge was very helpful. I have stayed at a number of Las Vegas casino hotels in the past, but chose this resort so that my mother wouldn't have far to walk from the car to the room. Very convenient!
Our unit (#4123) was badly in need of upgrading. The shower door was poorly removed and a temporary curtain and rack hung in its place. There were huge stains on the heavily worn carpet. The wireless reception was very poor in our room which might explain the tables and chairs in the court yard outside the door (where reception was good).
We were there last weekend and we were impressed by how equipped the was. It had everything. The rooms are quite clean and comfortable and the location is perfect. Who cares that there is no complimentary breakfast you would not make it in time for breakfast anyway because you party all night long and come back at 5 am. I highly recommend the place especially for families. Plus it is cheap!!
Everything was great. Inside and out. Security was visible and observant. When requesting items for the room, response and delivery was quick. Nice and quiet rooms.
the room is big and quiet
The kitchen area was nice.
The carpets were horribly dirty and there was ants in both bathrooms.
We missed the complimentary breakfast and beer. Otherwise it was a great stay.
Value for money Clean Quiet Great for families You get a suite with a full kitchen for the same or less price than a room on the strip. Walking distance to MGM Grand.
The key card didn't always work too well.
Great resort Convenient location Friendly staff Nice pool
No WiFi Carpet needs to be cleaned
1) The Location of the Hotel 2) The Hotel Room, very good facilities and lots of space
1) Booked a early call and didnot receive it. 2) Breakfast very very poor ie a small paper bag with a couple of bits in it. 3) Staff not fully aware and up to date with Guest bookings even after confirmation 48hrs before.
Like that we were able to walk to strip. Pillows were very comfortable. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was very good in size. Loved that our room had strip view.
I didnt like that there is only 1 pool and it was too full when we went down due to the hot weather.
How clean the room was and how comfortable the bed was.
How rude the staff was at checkout and how loud the guest above us were.
spacy and clean room. comfortable bed. I traveled with my parents who love to cook. There was everything they needed. Staffs were friendly. Famous tourist spots in Las Vegas are only 10 min drive from this resort.
Location, size of accommodation, staff very helpful, good pool and gym.
Accomodation needed upgrading obviously well used.
