The staff was excellant and very professional. The location was perfect and the hotel very clean and up to date. I would definetely stay there again.
Very slow check-in.
the location, the view
the staff were terrible, the room wasnt ready, overall stressful experience
Clean, lots of towels and beautiful view!! Definitely coming back!
Great View Stop for People Mover
No coffee for coffee maker Space for mini fridge but no fridge No bell hop or carts Have to pay for wifi Staff is practically non existent The price is outrageous for the lack of amenities.
Excellent location, within walking distance to many attractions. People Mover conviently located withing Renaaissance Center.
No Fridge or Microwave in most of the guest rooms, BUMMER!!
Location. Comfort. Views from the room.
Would have liked a brochure in the room telling about all of the business within the complex.
Was awaken in the morning by some noise. Looked like they did some repairs in the hotel. Breakfast buffet could have been better.
Room service was quick and friendly. Check out was quick.
It was the worst check in that I have ever experienced. Staff was rude and lazy. Also I asked to be away from elevators and was put right next to elevator, which felt very purposeful and mean to me.
Location and easy access by car from Canada.
Lack of clear signage on lower levels
Rooms were spacious, clean, modern and comfy.
The room was very comfortable
All the added cost, occupancy tax ? What is that all about? Shouldn't my $220.00 coverd that, no, just a way to get more money out of people
Big, spacious room with nice view of water. Good in-room dining with friendly wait staff. Nice location on river walk.
Elevators took forever and had an old key card system that did not work very well. Business center was ill-equipped and most equipment did not work. Complex was too big, and hard to navigate.
Loved the rooms and size
There was nothing I did not like
Beds were comfortable, room was clean, climate control was ok
This was apparently some architect's grand vision, not intended for people to actual utilize and this hotel is takes a week to find where to go. It is not intended for people to find anything. NO stores opened late, for the size only three reasonably priced restaurants, the CVS doesn't stay open into the night, No room coffee makers and no easily accessable Starbucks, or coffee, NO SHUTTLE TO THE AIRPORT IS A BIG LOSER!!! The only reason I stayed here was because everyone else was staying there for my event...otherwise...well..not worth 239 bucks a night given the location.
The views from the hotel room
Retails stores were closed. Everything was not open in food court. Hotel was not properly signed. Doors leading to river walk were locked.
bed was comfortable staff was nice. valet on departure was awesome.
seemed a bit out dated for the price that was paid for the room. there was no fridge in room. view from our room was not the best when that is what I really wanted out of the room. valet on arrival was rude by talking with one another then not helping with luggage or questions I had.
Location and access to local area
Dated Hotel that needs some $'s speeding on it. I have stopped at many Marriott hotels globally, this one was a disappointment.
Its a nice and welcoming atmosphere. The room was amazing, the view was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. I slept so peacefully. I liked that the Renaissance building had a lot of shops available.
My friends and I arrived here by bus, so we walked to the Renaissance Building. There are no signs outside directing where the hotel is, so we entered through the main door. It took us 20 minutes of slowly wandering around inside till we found where the hotel is. A much faster way would be to just go on the east side of the building and theres a main entrance--but if you're simply walking up, there's no indication of an alternative route.
Room was underwhelming for price
hotel could use an upgrade...
Bed was great, room service was excellent - overall they made you feel very welcome and looked after
68th floor view was amazing
internal corridor maze to access People Mover
the personnel at the reception are rude to the customers both while check-in and check-out; may be they are having too long working times
