“ We liked the location because it was near rail transportation. The staff was very helpful, we needed some shaving cream and they gave it to us right away when we asked. They called the shuttle when we needed it and the shuttle came quickly when we called from the air train terminal. It was quick getting into New York City and we would stay there again! Thank you! ”

Good airport shuttle service and nice fitness center. We return our car the night before our flight. So we had dinner at the restaurant. the salad bar is great for traveler to take effecient fibers and vitamins. And the food is good too.

We were placed in a smoking room. Reservation should have given us the option of non smoking. This is a big deal. Loud party until we called a midnight. After we called the noise stopped but then someone pounded on the door for over a minute. Meal was fine but I personally like more then one small tomato, one small piece of lettuce on a $9 hamburger.

Restaurant excellent food and service by male waiter dark hair can't remember name outstanding . Beds heaven! Lots of towels Booked and priced charged was more than booking price on booking.com

We were only there overnight to catch a morning flight. Very happy to see onsite restaurant as we were starved after a 5 hour flight from Aruba. Good food! The room had an odd odor but it was clean.

I loved the convenience of the 24hr shuttle to the airport to travel to other cities via train. The staff was very helpful with directions. I would definitely return. This trip was planned as a surprise for my 12yr old to visit Carlos Bakery and it was worth it!!

It was a very relaxing setting at the hotel. Staff very helpful. Room staff very conscientious and made sure room was very clean and fresh daily. Dining room staff very friendly - cuisine very good, but quite expensive. However, would recommend to others
