Staff enjoys service and wants guests to be comfortable and happy...how terrific is that?! Great bar and lounge, also with great staff. Free and easy airport shuttle. Comfort and design of rooms was impressive.

Booking was easy, the staff was very friendly, the room was tidy and enjoyable, the meal in the restaurant was tasty, the shuttle was reliable and quick and brought me to the terminal of my airline - perfect

Great overnight stay for business travelers.

The service was friendly and excellent. Wifi is a must for me and you have that plus plenty of AC outlets. The bus drivers to and from the airport were friendly and helpful.

I liked the shuttle personal and fast responce after being requested. I really liked my room, 301. I liked the desk personal. I really was pleased that there was a small restaurant at the hotel. The other guests were mainly adults and the common areas were calm.

My only complaint was that there wasn't a lot of common lounge area. I would have liked to check out without going to the front desk. These things are not a real problem, just suggestions.

I found almost every thing good .Staff was very friendly & helpful.In particular if I remember the name correctly Mr Gerald at Reception and not sure of full & correct name but possibly Manager Mr Steve ---- was more than helpful to help use of computer to check in for flight . I like to thank him !!! I really appreciate the business counter equipped with computers & printers for the convenience of Hotel guests .It was a great help to get in touch with all,as I was not carrying my Lap top Capt Satish Mohan

N/A Steam bath would help.?

The Hotel pick up is from P-4, whereas their Counter should have been at Newark Airport to help Guests to P-4 & to Hotel.

Location is great and the hotel feels fresh, modern and in nearly new condition.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. It was very roomy. The room was really great.

Food took a little to long to arrive for dinner.

It is difficult to find food in the hotel.

Clean, well decorated rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly, helpful staff upon arrival (including the shuttle bus drivers both p.m. and a.m.) For an over night stay close to the airport, with a variety of menu options that were delicious and budget friendly, five stars!

Place was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Finding the place at night is bit difficult.

As a solo traveler, I really appreciated the friendliness of all the staff...

Everything was fine and staff was very helpful . It would be good if they include breakfast in the rates .

Check in was fast and easy even when I was a bit early
