I love the staff there...they were always so helpful and cheerful! Not a lot of places you go and find that. I would be going back there.
I didn't like the fact that the Internet was poor! That there should be ice dispenser on each floor! And that they should have a bar.
Any how it was decent to get nice staff, memorable indeed
Only wi fi ,not lucky in this or that way , god extends its own ways, I do not regret , I will never for........ Forget such nice ...... to cool..... To fell. In deed memorable.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Could use some updating.
The staff was very nice. They made arrangements to put us in a different room that was clean and nice.
Our original room looked like something out of a scary movie. The door going in looked like it had been kicked in at one point. As we entered it appeared that the room had not been properly cleaned. There was a lamp in the middle of the room and the curtains were falling down. There wasn't a mirror in the bathroom and the shower appeared very dirty.
Beds were comfortable.
Lots of broken or ill fitting fixtures, elevator buttons, shower fixtures and doors.
the view from my hotel room was simply amazing: I could see the falls iluminated at night and majestuously and misty during day time
breakfast included in tge room price is not not served on location, but in a restaurant in hotel's vicinity and it was repetitive, no choice of menu basically
We booked online while at the front desk, it's saved us $20.00 the location was great it was right next to the border two blocks away from the casino which was excellent they have a Denny's in side which we didn't eat at the guy that checked us in was really nice the room was fair there was a dirty blanket on my friends bad but they promptly switch that for her for the cost you couldn't go wrong
dennys restaurant on premises pool and front desk staff when we checked in
wobbly railings in the lobby going upstairs to the street very dangerous chair broken never brought another one wifi is terrible you cant get online
The staff is very friendly and helpful. We didn't even have to leave the hotel to eat, Denny`s is right there. Beds are super comfy.
No fridge in room or DVD player which would be nice.
Staff was very thoughtful and helpful -- found a place in the cafe where the wireless was stronger for me to sit for 2 1/2 hours to lead an online meeting. The view from our room was also great -- we watched the fireworks from there. Also easy walk to the Falls and easy to get across the bridge to Canada.
The building is old, tired, and dark inside -- needs a facelift. Need a variety of pillows -- some thin ones as well as fat ones.
The restaurant inside the hotel Denny's was way over priced. $12.00 bucks for a burger. the staff at the hotel was polite other then one gal. (Night Shift). Rude as can be. Pool was nice. Hotel rate to high for the location and view.
Staff was nice, room was clean. Suited our needs.
Shower head was very week and pool heater was broken and was being repaired. Found Denny's a little over priced but the staff was friendly.
Proximity to the border and casino
Cleanliness and General disrepair of hotel.
Free Coffee........closeness to the border
a little worn and dated..........dark lobby
They didn't clean the room during our 2 day stay.
Convenient location, great, friendly staff, great value for the money.
Location is excellent. 24 hour Dennys on site.
Housekeeping was poor. Rooms are a little "tired".
The over all staff were wonderful. And the people at the registration desk were very helpful and patient . The room is clean.
the location was great, walking distance to everything, including rainbow bridge to Canada, a 15 minute walk one way (and the falls are beautiful..a must see) the lobby has guided tours that can be scheduled right there; def recommend taking the tour its worth the money, the pool was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and quiet.
it was nice having dennys in the hotel but they were very slow, rude, and inattentive, the hallway to our room smelled of marijuana, the room service would rather not clean the rooms if your staying more than one night and everything around the area closed early (before 4) and NOTHING is opened during the week.
We were passing through on our honeymoon and we received an upgraded room on the 7th floor facing towards the falls. It was a beautiful skyline.
Our concierge hadn't received our online reservation right away. It had taken her almost an hour before receiving our reservation via from a notification through the fax machine, not via email. We were surprised by that.
-Rooms were updated (except the bedding) -Clean -Great location - walk to falls, Hard Rock, casino
-Even in the off season, parking was limited at the hotel, we had to park next door (but still included in rate) -Bathrooms are TINY -Service at Denny's was SLOW!
The location was good, the staff were nice, the bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable.
The curtain was dirty with some dark stuff on it. The couch in the room is stained.
Parking lot hair drayer and coffe maker did not work
near the falls. Good coffee. 24 hrs cafe
some staff are not friendly. Do not know the environment well eg where is the nearest convenience store. How to get to the factory outlet?
Location is good proximity to falls.
We could smell cigarettes in our bathroom.
