Score from 17 reviews Good
Comfortable and clean room Had a 12 cup coffee pot and no problem getting more coffee packs
No fan in the bathroom for exhaust
Front desk staff always willing to help - tried hard to fix issues. Help print needed items off their computer and provided useful phone #s, etc. Fresh apples & bananas were both very good.
Bathroom TP was totally worthless- very cheap quality. Had no phone in room for first 2 days. Out of 4 days -TV remote worked 2. Initial directions to their location given wrongly.
The price was good , its got a good location.
The staff was nothing spectacular in fact they all need a lesson on customer service! The linens were always dirty and you better hope you don't need anything after the maids leave since they supposedly can't get it for you !
Location was easy to find
I did expect a little more. We had 3 children and 2 adults. We had 3 towels in our room. We asked for more but were denied them. Grouchy front desk person. Our room was dirty. We had a used wash rag on the shower bar left from a previous guest. Not impressed.
Smell was very bad! Way to much noise to sleep. Will not stay here again.
Free wi-fi, staff was helpful
Room was run-down and bed sagged in the middle. My standards for hotels aren't particularly high, but this place was very disappointing. The neighborhood was pretty seedy. We stopped here during a cross-country move and I was worried about our moving truck in the parking lot, but the front desk did have security cameras on the lot and nothing was stolen.
The waffle for breakfast was nice. Thank you.
The lighting in the bathroom were too deamed
New towels and clean room daily. Staff were professional and courteous. Breakfast was worth the rate. Diner in parking lot and fast food close to motel. Nothing was stolen and cars were not vandalised. Seemed to have good security cameras. Overall worth the $$.
Asked for extra towels and pillows when making reservations but was not accommodated. Seemed to have 12 people living in the 1 motel room upstairs. Walls are thin but beds are comfortable. Woke up to someone yelling get up at 5 am. Same cars with writing for free cell phones in the lot every night we stayed. Started to think it was an undercover apartment complex.
The property is rundown and not properly maintained.rubbish everywhere. The toilet backed up. The ice machinery didn't work. The pool wad closed. One washing machine was broken. This is the worst place that I have been in
Good price, staff was polite, decent location, and overall it was decent.
The ice machine was broken, and the room needed a thorough clean. My wife almost didn't let us stay.
...it appears that management are making serious efforts to improve this older hotel/motel.
Garbage cans not emptied. Common walkways not swept. Very noisy visitors in other rooms and drinking in common areas.
Rooms were adequate size. Comfortable beds and pillows. Decent breakfast, nothing fancy. It was nice having a fridge and microwave in the room.
We stayed 3 nights. I had asked the staff the morning after our first night to book us another room for our 3rd night since we were going to be having people join us. I was told he was "too busy" at the moment. He took my room number and said he would get back with me and he never did. The other people ended up not booking a room at this hotel because of this. The outside of this hotel looks a little sketchy. My 13 year old son at first did not want to stay, but he was ok once we were inside the room. Not very many TV channels to choose from, especially for the kids.
Clean rooms and a great value. Do not come if you are looking for luxury.
The breakfast was extremely basic and the room had info about the surrounding area but nothing about the hotel itself.
It locates at a small village which is quite beautiful and quiet.
The transportation is not good. You've to drive a long time along the mountain road.
The Location was great. Staff Friendly. Strong wi-fi. Looked like at one time they put a lot of money into a remodel. Can't beat the price..
Broken Ice Machine. Cigarette butts everywhere, piled underneath no smoking signs. Room smelled like old cigarettes even thought advertised as non smoking. The first room they gave me wasn't cleaned from the last guest. The second room was ready and some of it was clean but areas of it like the bathroom door mirror looked like it was never cleaned (really disgusting).
Very kind expedit. Clean room Full equiped furniture
I liked it all
Not really anything
Mold, boogers on the wall, straight up the most disgusting place i have ever visited.
- boogers on thy wall - mold everywhere
I loved every thing the room them listing to my request to have the top floor
The staff was not well just one of the staff member was not friendly
Grout was falling out of the tile in the shower. Not the cleanest but not the worst I've stayed in.
I like how close it was to everything. And how easy it was to find once you got off the interstate.
Cramped eating area
cost was great it was very quiet even in such a metro erea
Not much to like.
Bed was so broken down and worn out when you sat on it the sides came up like they were going to hit you. Broken trim on baseboard, bulbs burned out in room, toilet seat loose and moving about, shower controls not functioning correctly. Outside facility very poor condition, open sewer drains with barricades perched over them. Dirty in and out, no maintenance what so ever, probably a nice place in the 1960's, not much has been done since. WiFi signal so poor had to use external antenna to check email, then kept dropping connection. Maybe a $30.00 property in my opinion, if you can nap in your car and find another property do so. I was up at 0500 just to get out of there.
The air conditioning
