There was no heater and it was snowing.
Brenda was especially helpful with extra towels and she made sure we were contacted when the hot tub was available. Just superior assistance and friendly as well!
Pet friendly, good views, awesome manager
Noisy at times
Great view. Large grassy property to walk around. Benches to sit on. Pond in the middle.
Clean place to stay worth the cash plus the rooms are big
Nothing bad to say
I liked the pond and balcony
It was great
Location to where I was going to work
Room didn't have thermostat in room. It was connected in a room next door.
Clean and close to town and mountain views of Estes Park. Made use of coupons for reduced rates on breakfast close to motel, which exceeded expectations.
Confusing entry to motel driveway at night, due to being shared with a paved bike trail. Better lighting could probably resolve the issue.
veiw from window
Super friendly staff. Big rooms and incredible views.
I liked being able to walk out the door to my car.
Could not control heat in the room. It was to cold for me at night.
No coffee, hair dryer
Location was convenient. It had a place to sleep, a tv, shower, and a small fridge. On sight hot tub outside.
Didn't get the king room I reserved. Wasn't near hot tub like reserved. Windows roared and screeched in the wind like a freight train or siren. Had a small space heater to heat the room because furnace was broken. Hole in wall that went to room next door. Told I would get discount for wrong room but then called and told I could not get that quoted discount but did get less of a discount.
The bed, free WiFi, the staff was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations.
Location was great. Loved the log furniture.
Booked a king room with a balcony and got a room under the office. Heat was broken and was extremely hot in the room.
Brenda at the front desk was friendly and funny. The room was as described and has a great view. Warm and inviting. The room was clean.
The Tv should be on the wall opposite the bed. A comfortable chair would have been welcome.
Very close to everything, quiet, viewing elk from the room!
Check in was a nightmare they gave me keys to single bed room for 5 people and a dog, Room was small and very out dated, booked a week and no microwave or stove to cook food, bugs in the room, and the place was super empty seemed like we were the only guest which could be a good thing but it wasn't felt weird.
Great location for our needs.
Reserved king room, arrived and was told room was not ready. Three hours later 5 pm we got a call our room was ready. When we checked in they had switched our room to 2 queens. Then I was told "that's what you reserved". Furnace was broken so there was a small heater. Old windows with giant drafts and screeched in the wind all night with. I was told they would take $50 off 3 night stay then got call it would be $30.
I liked the location of the lodge; it is about a 15 walk to the shops and restaurants on the main stretch of "downtown". I also liked that my dog was allowed in the room and there was a large lawn area for her to do her business. The lodge provides doggie bags and trashcan. The front desk staff was friendly, and provided coffee in the morning.
The room was large, but not very clean. There was a used washcloth left in the shower, so none of us even used it considering it probably hadn't been cleaned. Someone in a nearby room was either smoking in their room or outside, which stunk up our room as well.
Comfortable and clean. Close to rocky mountain national park.
The location was good.
The bed and chairs were very uncomfortable and you can hear everything. The people in the rooms next to yours. No DVD players.
Pet Friendly, close to town, clean, nice staff
room was close to highway with snow plows going up & down all night, it was very cold in the room and had to use a space heater. Office does not open until 8 am for coffee.
The location and the view was excellent. Loved the private balcony.
No personal coffee maker, microwave or hairdryer. The shower was temperamental-hot to cold and back again.
Clean rooms. location.
not able to control the heat in our own room.
