ミニマムなモダンシンプルなデザインホテル。大型ホテルにあるラグジュアリーを求める人にはむかないが、清- 潔で必要十分な設備が整えられ、日中の外出の疲れを癒すのには十分。部屋の機械設備、アメニティ等の多少の- 難は、この種のミニマムホテルを好む人にとっては、許容範囲だと思う。たとえ不備があったとしても、フロン- ト、コンシェルジュの対応が迅速で、不快ではない。ユニオンスクエア、BARTのパウエルストリートにも近- く、移動に便利。騒音は特に気になるほどではない。完全な静寂を好む人は、それ相応の対価を支払うか、郊外- のホテルを選ぶべき。ホテルと隣接するメキシカンレストランcolibriはオススメ。味・雰囲気ともに非- 常に良い。また泊まりたい。 バスタブとトイレの高さが低いのが唯一の難点。注意しないとシャワーの水がバスタブの外に出てしまう。 |

ユニオン・スクエアに近く，会議場（モスコーニ・センター）にも徒歩10～15分程度，買い物にも便利，と- ロケーションは良かったです．部屋はキレイで，写真の通りスタイリッシュでお洒落な雰囲気でした．無線LA- Nが使用できて便利でした．クイーンサイズのベッドは寝心地が良かったです．バスルームは広かったです．水- 温調整もしやすくて快適でした．シャンプー，ボディーソープなどは部屋にありました．スタッフの人たちも気- さくで親切に対応してくれたと思います． 我慢できなくはなかったですが，エアコンの音（ファンの音？）がうるさかった気がします．部屋がこんなにモ- ダンな雰囲気なのにエアコンはこれなの？と思いました．部屋は全体的に暗めで，特にバスルームが暗かったで- す．バスルームにはメインの電灯の他にもう一つ電灯があり，これを使うとかなり明るくなりましたが，何故か- タイマー式で，一定時間経つと切れてしまいました．これの正式な（？）使用方法は最後まで理解できませんで- した．あと，部屋にあった唯一の窓からは建物の壁しか見えず，部屋の中から外の様子を知ることは出来ません- でした（これは部屋によるかも）． |

The position is very central, close to Union Square. The complimentary wi-fi connection in the whole hotel and pc availables in each floor. For breakfast there is a Starbucks with a direct entrance from the hotel and a lot of good restaurants around. |

Clean comfortable rooms. Great location. Concierge did not know any panorama view bars/restaurants and then instructions were false. Friendly answers but not much effort. Anniversary surprise was not a surprise upon the check-in, lack of information, even that the secret was mentioned several times in advance. |

very central location to Union square and easy access to all transport. Friendly and helpful staff. Confortable beds and great shower and towels. Our 1st room was at Geary st - too noisy - you only need one loud car/truck at 2am to wake you. |

The bed was great enough space for two people. Central to everything in the city. Friendly and helpfull staff were always at my hand for assitance.the free internet was also handy for travels to get in touch with friends and family back home. The bathroom was definetly too small and very cramped. A shelf for our toiletries would have been good too. |

All except the bed size. For two full grown adults the Queen size beds are too narrow - considdering the size of the room a king size bed will easily fit. |

Good sized room, very quiet and great maid service. Eccentric styling but very comfortable. I didn't expect a 'big hotel' experience so nothing disappointed. |

Extremely helpful, friendly staff, well equipped room, excellent location, excellent bath facilities (well functioning shower etc), Linens were clean and crisp. Coffee maker and provisions were appreciated. Hair dryer, and all equipment worked perfectly. Location was perfect and price couldn't be beat. I liked everything, The carpeting might have been a bit cleaner. That's the only minor criticism I have. |

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the center, quiet nice room. Good internetfacilities. I asked for a kingsize bed, but they gave me a queensize bed, very small. Valetparking very expensive. 35 dollars + tax per dag!! |
