the location

cleanliness: I complained twice to get my towels changed ad my supplies refilled.
facilities: the sink in the room looks really bad. I had asked explicitely for a large bathroom and I was give na small bathroom with the sink outside of it.

Central Location in the city. New room furniture. Clean.

Rooms cold in general and very very old heaters in the rooms which were extremely noisy. Very small bathrooms. Too expensive for existing amenities.

Room 7th floor upgraded clean and modern design . Staff very pleasant and helpful. Great Mexican restaurant next door.

Lots of problems with electronic keys which they were unable to solve locked out of our room 5 times eventually moved rooms! Unable to get into breakfast or computer room room as electronic key failed.
Odd no wash basin in bathroom pokey one in room odd design perhaps!
Location on edge of a scary area begging drugs alcohol etc
Beggars quite aggressive and in your face, they need to try and fix this, worse than many cities I,ve visited

Conveniently located near Union Square, good beds, friendly staff, funky room decoration;

Bathrooms could use an overhaul; hotel limo service to airport overpriced, opt for cab instead;

un peu de bruit de la rue (chambre sur l'arrière, bruit de ventilation), isolation peut-être un peu légère.

hotel parfaitement bien situé. Très facile d'accés depuis le BART quand vous arrivez de l'aéroport. Un starbuck coffee est collé à l'hotel. Parfait pour débuter la journée! Un veritable resto japonais vous attend à 5 metres de l'hotel. A ne pas manquer ! Sinon le personnel est jeune et dispo. Déco sympa et chambres très propres. Ambience contemporaine.

Geary street ou se trouve l'hotel est plutôt tranquille avec ces restos autour de l'hotel et son théatre en face. San francisco compte hélas de nombreux SDF. Geary street est épargnée. Ce qui n'est pas le cas de Marquet street le soir a la fermeture des magasins. Eviter de trouver un hotel sur cette grande rue qui est agréable la jnée, mais le soir ....

Localización adecuada pero no tan centrico como parecia, trato inadecuado por parte del personal, habitaciones pequeñas, intente cambiar de habitación y fueron muy desagradables, Cambie de hotel durante mi estancia
