Good sized room, very quiet and great maid service. Eccentric styling but very comfortable. I didn't expect a 'big hotel' experience so nothing disappointed. |

Extremely helpful, friendly staff, well equipped room, excellent location, excellent bath facilities (well functioning shower etc), Linens were clean and crisp. Coffee maker and provisions were appreciated. Hair dryer, and all equipment worked perfectly. Location was perfect and price couldn't be beat. I liked everything, The carpeting might have been a bit cleaner. That's the only minor criticism I have. |

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the center, quiet nice room. Good internetfacilities. I asked for a kingsize bed, but they gave me a queensize bed, very small. Valetparking very expensive. 35 dollars + tax per dag!! |

location, price, customer service, hotel room/lobby appearance, fitness room, free coffee/tea and wifi. could hear other people talking in hall and opening/closing their doors early in morning and late night, sometimes making it little difficult to sleep |

The design elements and the creativity that went into their expression. The staff were uniformly friendly and capable. The manager was extremely helpful. And the hotel attracted guests that were intriguing (and gorgeous). The rooms with windows facing Geary Street are prone to be a bit noisy. Was informed, however, that their ongoing refurbishment will include new multi-pane windows designed for sound insulation. |
