We usually go to Branson at least twice a year and always stay at DOCKERS INN, we like the location, the cleanliness, and the great breakfast.
everything was great, the thing i liked most was the desk clerk went out of her way to make sure we had ground floor rooms when she found out we were with my parents who couldn't climb stairs.
Not a thing.
It was in a good location, nice room, great shower, plenty of hot water, good TV, Breakfast in the morning
Liquid Soap & No Frig !!
The bedding had a smell, and the room wasn't super clean.
The lady in charge of breakfast was very rude not just to us but others. The rooms were dirty feeling and had no fridge or microwave!!!
Comfort of beds made for a great night sleep.
Breakfast attendant rude
For me had excellent location for staying off the strip but in close proximty to dining, shopping, and attractions. Good value and quality for a quick stay, you get what you pay for. Overall i give 3 of 5 stars. It is worth staying again, would like to see updates.
Somewhat outdated. For me a lesser hotel than what i normally get while in branson, you get what you pay for.
Excellent location near stop lights to ease the traffic problem in Branson.
Not enough lights. No grab bars in shower for handicap guests.
Quiet location off of the main strip but still close to many of the shows we wanted to see. Easy to get in and out of the hotel. The staff were all super nice & helpful. We felt that for the money it was a good choice for us.
They gave us plenty of towels and coffee! Wifi wasn't strong at all.
Rooms could have been a little cleaner.
pillows, air conditioner noisy, bathroom door knob falling off
It was a nice hotel within walking distance of the strip
Everything was great, will stay here again.
We liked everything about Dockers Inn, just couldn't believe what a great place for such a low price.
The room was clean and comfortable.
I'm not use to outdoor facing rooms. Would like to have a microwave in room.
I like the location, the comfort of the room and the price.
WiFi wasn't working the next day of our arrival.
room amenities only luke warm water in shower
The beds were comfortable. Clean room, smelled good.
I did not know pets were welcome and my allergies went crazy on me. Must have had a dog in the room before.
All was well. Rooms were large. Clean
The fitted sheets didn't want to stay on the beds.
Location is very good and price is excellent.
Carpets were not really clean enough mainly because they were getting old.
Outdoor entrance to room.
It was clean.
We arrived at 3:30 and our room wasn't ready. We requested 1st floor as one member of our party found it difficult to climb stairs and were placed on the 3rd floor. The lady that helped with breakfast was very loud and not pleasant. We were told we could have a late check out on Sunday@ 12:00 but were until to use our keys after 11A.M.
near to convention I was attending had a swimming pool
not ready for check in until 5pm instead of earlier as it should have been PUT ON 3RD FLOOR WITH NO ELEVATOR EVEN THOUGH RESERVATION MADE WAY IN ADVANCE--I HAVE A MEDICAL PROBLEM WITH MY FEET continental breakfast had no yogurt and was mostly all carbs
Comfortable beds and loved the water pressure in the shower. Kids loved the pool which was very clean. Plus there were lots of chairs to just sit and relax while watching the kids play in the water. Nice hotel for the money.
There were a few things that would have made our stay a little better. The first thing was, we arrived to check in at 1pm and the front desk lady said that our room was not ready and we would not be able to check in until after 3 pm. Even though I requested earlier check in when making the reservations. She said she would ask house keeping to move our room to the top of the list but she couldn't promise us that would happen. We called the hotel at 2:30pm to check on our room and she said it would be available to check in at 3pm. It was disappointing, we were looking forward to relaxing for a bit after the long drive. The 2nd thing was the breakfast was very nice when my husband and I went at 8am but not so much when my son went down at 9:30. All he wanted was a waffle. The lady said there was no waffle batter mixed up and it was to late in the morning to make up more. I was disappointed that she wouldnt make up a small batch of batter considering that there was not much to pick from left. There was a small spoonful of gravy left for biscuits & gravy, no donuts or muffins left. The sign on the door said breakfast was available until 10am. My advice is get up early if you want anything for breakfast.
