The cottage was nice and cozy. Great location and will definitely go back.
Location & privacy
Perfect for one night get away
1st off we didn't like the beds!! Not a queen bed like we were told. Double bed.. Not real comfy. We had 2 beds & slept in separate beds. They need dark blinds so the outside lights don't come in on your pillow.
Close to casinos, clean, great parking Reasonable rates!!
Lost my booty, gambling :)
Loved everything, Lloyd and Angie do there best to make your stay the best. We won't stay anywhere else.
Needed paper towels for kitchen and better equipped bathroom stuffs.
A small cottage with everything you need an 200 feet from Harvey's casino. Extras with the 2 bedroom units like a patio, b-b-q, outside furniture, and other amenities at your fingertips. Very comfortable not luxurious.
There wasnt a broom or mop to keep clean.
The privacy was great. the price was great. The staff was so kind. The cottages were so comfortable!
Foot distance to everything: lake/beach, gondola, casinos.
Very friendly. The cottage was adorable!
Nothing, all good
Very clean room, friendly staff
Small shower Tv cut out constantly Not enough pillows No soap or shampoo for shower
Room clean Bed comfortable Room warmed fast with heaters Close to casino Great cooking facilities
There was no shampoo or other soap except for bars. You should bring your own soap.
Great place, large rooms and equipped kitchen. Very good value. The owner was very nice and helped a-lot.
The pictures showed that units had a small back yard. We brought our dog and was in hopes we could take her out the back and have her explore as we relaxed with her. This was not the case and we had to walk her around the premises. This was a new experience for her and did not end well. We booked for two nights and had to leave a day early. She was restless the whole night and we were up walking her around every hour of the night to relieve herself. She did not and we were coming upon 21 hours of not using the bathroom. We got worried so we left at 8:15 the next morning. I contacted the front desk and thought they would mention a refund since we left so early, but none was mentioned. I paid for two nights and two nights of a dog fee. A guess a little understanding would have been nice.
Doc's Cottage was located close to casinos, stores, and beach.
Not having a good view from your window but that's not really a big deal.
The staff is very nice and helpful. They don't hesitate to assist you when you needed them. The location is accessible and closed to Heavenly and Casinos.

Wi-Fi connectivity was poor
All other facilities were excellent. I enjoyed my stay with family !!
No A/C - just a ceiling & floor fan. Really wasn't needed when we were there - it was a cooler evening.
Flat Screen TV Clean Cute Cottage Comfy Bed Good Wi-FI Large Bathroom Close to Main Street Within Walking Distance to Beach
Loved it all.
Friendly owners. Very personable. Cozy cottage. Would stay there again if we decide to head up that way.
Nothing -- This place is rustic and classic Old Tahoe, so don't expect a typical hotel setting or room.
Quaint cabins that have updated baths, kitchenettes, flatscreen TVs, porches, super friendly staff/owners.
They only had pillow cases over there not so new pillows, instead of zippered, closed cases! We put tee-shirts over the pillows, it seemed kinda dirty to us!
I have absolutely nothing to complain about with Doc's...It was great :)
I was here to photograph my Uncle's wedding (at 70! Never too late!), and the entire weekend at the cabins was a pleasure. They went out of their way to accommodate our large group, we got to have a bbq on the deck, where they set up torches for us, and let us decorate, and hang out, and build a fire...right in front of our cabins...it was fantastic, and appreciated. I'm not a terribly picky traveler, but this is not a fancy a$$ hotel...this is a quaint, quiet, well-taken-care-of, lovely place to stay, and I would stay there again, without hesitation, given the opportunity!
Lloyd and his wife are salt of the Earth… They went out of their way to make all of the guests as comfortable as possible and even took the time to come out and sit by the fire and get to know the crowd. Highly recommend.
noisy at night due to location DVD player ?

Quaint, romantic, near the lake, fabulous staff. We only wish we could have stayed a few more nights at Doc's!
