the mattress was much too weak, you car is parked somewhere by the hotel staff and you have to sign a paper that they are not responsible for any damages.

Room had comfortable double bed and kitchen corner. Helpful staff.

Parking in that city is expensive.

Beautiful rooms, very clean and comfortable. Good kitchen and living area. Quiet. (Note: Parking is $20/night valet - as no street parking allowed between 2-5am in Providence. Also, address for hotel is on a street with no access for cars - the back entrance is a one way street: Spruce st...)

The staff was great. Carmine especially accomodating. The rooms were clean. The location was perfect. We could walk to restaurants, view the shops, traverse Federal Hill, meet people. Just a great experience all around. There to celebrate my daughters graduation from college. There were 7 of us all together and we all loved it.

A little noisy the first night. Kareoke out in front of the hotel until 2:00 a.m. But really not that bad...I slept through it! (it was a Friday night after all!)

The location on the square is charming, and the hotel is very close to many restaurants. The whole place was impeccably clean. It was nice to have a small suite, with a kitchen-living room and a separate bedroom. It was quiet, and there was lots of closet space.

There were some minor issues in the bathroom--the hair dryer did not work, the sink drain was slow, and the jacuzzi jets did not work. The staff was nice about addressing these problems.

The Hotel was run down and a bit of a joke. All white tile with tacky pleather furnature. The bedromm doors had been kicked in and the door cases were nailed back together. Bed inspection showed dirt or black marks on the white rails. The TV's were outdated. The bathroom fan/light sounded like a helocopter. We left and did not stay. Please take this one off your list. I should get refunded for this. As your internet depictition was very misleading!!

The rooms are fully-equiped small apartments. Very good if you indent to cook yourself dinner and need a little bit of space. The location is awesome.

The location an within walking distance to man different restaurants. The room was large like a small apartment an very clean.

When we arrived we waited to check n for almost 20 mintues, there was no sign to let anyone know he was away parking a car an would be back. We almost left to find another hotel

Very good, Service, clean, good room, stayed with my stepbrother, so one suite with to bedrooms were perfect. In Center of the City and all for a good price,

The location is good.

The service was very poor. I could not get the wi-fi working on my mobile phone or my laptop. There's a nightclub / discotech next door, and the music was extremely loud. I tried to change rooms. It helped, but the music was still quite load. I asked for some compensation for the very loud music and the lack of wi-fi. My request was refused. They didn't consider compensation for even a second. In fact, they knew I would ask for compensation. They already had a 'no' answer and explanation prepared. They would not offer a discount on any future stay either.

This is a 14 room hotel with whirlpool baths, european design in a acourtyard setting with open air bistros and restaurants. I was on a business trip looking to economize and this hotel reminded me of Italy and was a very romantic setting. I would recommend this hotel to anyone ooking for a weekind getaway and Carmine on the front desk is a really nice guy. I wish my fiancee could have been with me

Liked the location in Federal Hill. Great loaction if you enjoy the Italian atmosphere.

Impossible internet to keep working, kept on dropping off. Also was woken 2am one night by the reception banging on my door because I was making too much noise. When I woke up and openned the door it was obvious he had been drinking and I couldn't convince him the noise must have come from somewhere else such as the building next door where there was still a lot of sound. Very threatening event amd I would definitely never stay there again.

This place has high-spec interiors, friendly staff and a good location in the Italian quarter with lots of good restaurants on the same street.

Everything was wonderful other than the parking and mattress. The bed in the hotel made my back hurt for days, other than that I loved the place!!!
