The bed is awesome for a price I have... Thank you for the front desk Justin- who gave us 3 voucher for breakfast that's was so nice of him coz I think my book is not breakfast included.. It was a nice stay bonding wt my kids for Mother's Day. Probably the hall way kind of dark though the curtains unique

Interesting, modern, clean but quirky design and layout. The room was great, bed comfortable, great amenities. Everything look recently remodeled - except the exterior...Kind of like the Tardis - much better (and bigger) on the inside. Not very interesting neighborhood but perfect for us as we were visiting Santa Clara University - nearby.

Good location for our needs. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Too expensive for infrastructure provided. Thought it would be alot better when I booked. The heater / air condition unit makes ALOT of noise and woke me up at night. Had problems with TV and hot water, which were not attended to quickly and overall was not the experience I was expecting for the price range. Will not stay here again.

Clean. Sleep number beds. Soft comforters. Free breakfast buffet. Free access to fitness 19. Friendly, great staff/customer service. IPod dock did not work. Movies to order were way too expensive.

No fuss setup and service. Nice cafe in the hotel, reasonably priced. Food was good. Room modern, clean, comfortable. Good amenities - large desk surface, good flat panel TV, lots of pillows on the bed, spacious, good closet space, mini-fridge tucked away inside cabinet. WiFi free and worked well - had ethernet port in case WiFi wasn't good enough. Location very convenient to major roads and many restaurant and shopping options. Despite proximity to busy road (El Camino Real), it was very quiet in the room. No safe in room for valuables. Shower water pressure was weak.

Amazing help service cleanliness and nice breakfast. Some problems connecting wifi, but they resolved (at midnight) and the fitness center had the necessities. Will definitely recommend.

Comfortable and convenient for our purposes - a family gathering nearby. Outdoor pool and spa were much appreciated. Proximity to some good restaurants also appreciated. Noise from the road when poolside. Thin walls in the bedrooms. Difficulty of using the business room computers.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Great value for the money. Bed was very comfortable. Heater/AC blower motor was SOMETIMES noisy, but the hotel said they were in the process of upgrading all the heaters in the hotel.

friendlyness of staff The rooms at the inside of the hotel which had no daylight/fresh air and poor airco installation (too much noice). After I changed over the rooms were OK.

Friendly staff. It look like a converted hotel but they did a good job of adding modern details to make it look nice If you get a room that faces inward towards the lobby / courtyard / restaurant it is extremely noisy. You start hearing noises from the restaurant around 5am. Request a room that doesn't face into that area.
