I like having a movie theatre so close by and the cars too. No groups while I was there, but enjoy that too. Would also be nice to have clothing stores, the few I saw weren't appropriate for what I needed nor did they have mu sizes.
Not enough different restaurants or places to eat with a variety at reasonable prices. Same slot games you've had for years. The one bed I started out smelled entirely of smoke when I switched to the other bed it was better. Would have liked another blanket too. I know they were doing construction so that's understandable. I also couldn't register for my return trip the following week there I had to call from my cousins house.
This is our third visit to Laughlin, and what a great Casino. The rooms where spacious, clean, the bed very comfy, and a great view from the 16th floor. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the next time we visit Laughlin, we will stay there again. John Couch, Melbourne, Australia.
Like a lot of places in the US, there was no fridge in the room. In Australia every hotel and motel has one in the room, unfortunatly this is lacking in the US in many locations. They need to pick up there game and give some consideration to there customers.
The Classic Car Museum, and oh ya Fatburger.
A live cricket in the room that woke me a 4:30 a.m. in the morning. It died a quick and merciful death though.
Well I can say we had some place to sleep.
We didn't have enough towels. there was no soap of any kind in the room. even though we were in a non smoking room it smells of smoke, I believe it come up from the casino. they converted half the casino to non smoking and spRay a air freshner so strong you can't breathe. Won't be staying here again
Friendliness of Staff through out Casino, Food, Neatness, Cleanness.
The wind blowing through the windows on the 2668 Room
I like the different amenities...
Table games, Riverview Cafe, Keno Lounge, 24 hour snack bar with the bright reading lights for a few tables
Bed was not made up on second day. Buffet food, Buffet dirty chairs and window coverings. Bathrooms were hard to find in Lobby. Bar of soap in room too hard and made no suds. No digital TV channels in room. Must pay for WIFI
Stayed 2 nights. Garbage not emptied, no clean towels or wash cloths, bed not made..
Liked my room with river view.
Having to walk through smoking area for registration.
we loved the shows, food and company, it was quite the experience, If we could fly in we would have enjoyed the vacation more and stayed longer
our room was next to the elevator, so we ; had a lot of cranking noises so we were given another room but the wrong key then the next room had a strong smell of varnish so we were given a third room that had a river view, we enjoyed that and finally got a good night sleep if we come again I would like a river veiw and no room changing we complained to the desk and it took her about an hour to give us a room finally
I did have a great stay at the Riverside. Have relatives in Lauglin so the Riverside was a great place to meet them and was easily accessible.
My Back didn't like the bed.
The included boat ride. The views are exceptional.
The Letterman show was very short. The building very smoky. The Tim McGraw show was disgustingly loud and more like a 80's rock show.
Staff was great
We did not have any problems.
Should clean the corners.
Too remote. The drive was awful.
Food at Gourmet Room was very good
Smoke in the casino was very thick, even in the no smoking section. Better venilation system is a must. Bed was very hard, room was dirty when we checked in. Wet towels were on the floor. We had to call housekeeping when we couldn't close sliding glass door. We had a poor experience at your hotel.
The rooms/beds/amenities and view was great. Enjoyed the Mexican restaurant - food was excellent as well as service.
Having to pay for WiFi. I wasn't impressed with the breakfast brunch. Meals In café were very good, but place seemed to be understaffed.
Prime rib dinner was the best we have had in a long time.
The overall quality of the facility has deteriorated from past experiences.
Quick check in. Friendly staff. Gourmet Room is an excellent place to dine. It is upscale and pricey but worth every penny or dollar in this case.
It is a casino hotel and the lobby and casino area smelled like an ashtray. Lots of walking from parking to lobby to restaurants and to towers. Just and FYI for people who have difficulty walking.
Room, most all of staff in registration, housekeeping, cafe, Fatburger... Will definately be back when we come to Laughlin...family owed hotels are the best!!
Only had 1 interaction with a person, who didn't seem interested in what I had to say...such a rare item, I didn't even get the name of that person...
We paid extra to get into an 'executive' room. The only difference was that it was larger than a standard room. The walls were paper thin, you could hear the people in the next room use the bathroom or cough in the night. And the room was very dusty when the curtain was open. Never got coffee for our last day.
The Gourmet Restaurant Was Excellent Josh Turner Was Superb! Like Nonsmoking area
The Buffet. But I Am Not A Lover Of BuffetS.
Convenient location and clean room.
Gaming was terrible, no winners there, not even small ones. Only thing worse was Casa Serrano Restaurant - food was awful!
I love that the resort is not just for adults, there's activities for the whole family.
That you have to pay for wi-fi
