So glad to see Washington finally has great small boutique hotels - always my choice when traveling. The staff was very helpful, location great, and the decor was fun. I will stay here again |

The room was exquisitely appointed and very stylish and sophisticated. The staff was amazingly attentive and friendly. The hotel is close to Starbucks and another cool breakfast/lunch place called the Brown Bag - made to order omelets, sandwiches, etc. We could also walk to the theater, Verizon Center, and fine dining. Just what we wanted for a romantic date night in the heart of DC! |

The receptionist was excellent and sorted out various issues for me. The hotel has a good design and ambience. The booking confirmation said wi-fi was complementary but initially I had to pay to get access. This is one of the things the receptionist sorted out for me. |

The location on the Hotel was excellent, The decor was exceptional as was the cleanliness of teh hotel The lack of local information by the hotel staff was unacceptable, when asked about events for the Cherry blosom festival we were met with a blank look. We asked about renting a car and the sent us around the corner, not very helpful. It would be very benefical for the hotel to have a conceriege. |
