ligging: redelijk, 3 blokken van metro. Mooie moderne inrichting. Zwembad (hoewel klein en weinig ligstoelen) op dak. Misschien iets te veel design; de kamer was klein, geen goed leeslicht in bed en op "schrijftafel". Geen ophangmogelijkheid voor handdoeken. Beetje te veel design, Beetje te veel 'less is more'. |

i loved the honor bar. didn't use it a lot, but it was great to have the option. i requested a wake up call for an early train and didn't get it. also the bathroom is far too dark for applying makeup, it took me forever in the dark. |

Rooms were funky...staff very good at pointing you in direction of good bars..Hotel is only 4/5 blocks from White House so is close to the action without being too close for crazily high prices (if that makes sense!). Also hotel tv has Setanta Sports so could keep in touch with the football at home. (Obviously the wife loved that!) Unfortunately, restaurant and bar were being redecorated so no joy there. Lifts could be quote slow too if I had to be very picky! |

very pleasant staff and perfectly clean. TV system is very nice, large choice and good services. Minibar has a large choice. too small rooom, bad value for the money I paid for it. Lights are placed in not logical way, there is no real desk where you could work |

Enthasiastic staffs, clean room, morden decoration and comfortable bedding. Easy to reach by Metro. Competitive price. The booking.com did not send my reservation to the hotel when I arrived there. However the receptionist gave me a room and a rate better than booking.com It was difficult to open the room door using the key. |

Loved the decor - hotel staff always very helpful No ice machine - staff filled ice bucket in the evenings - but ice was delivered when requested. No top sheet on bed - but when we requested one it was provided. |

The style, the staff, the overall comfort - I slept really well - which is unusual. It is a cool hotel that does not give up comfort for style. The works in the restaurant, made working in the room that day really difficult. |

Staff is great and apparently really like working there. Love the contemporary Europeon decore Beds are nice and firm, but so firm that they cause shoulder and hip pain if you stay longer than 1 night. Suggest a 3" memory foan or feather topper to ease the pain. |
