unfortunately the property has very little parking for hotel guests. there were no parking spots for the hotel and when searching for spots located in the restaurant/shopping area- i drove around for 30 min. fighting traffic and other cars looking for a space. The surrounding area was packed.
Fine location, good roms
Not very professionalisme reception
Only one bottle of water left as a welcome gift when two people stayed.
The room was clean, spacious, inviting and the bed was comfortable.
Parking was tricky.
THE ROOMS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN.
THE BREAKFAST IS TOO EXPENSIVE. THERE SHOULD BE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST FOR THE PRICE THAT WE PAY FOR THE ROOMS. THE SHOWER HAD MOLD ON IT. IT WAS ROOM 265.
Comfortable and clean.. location
Air con fan was not adjustable,,,too high and too loud. The controls indicated Low, Med, and High.... however not so. The staff was told a few times, but nothing changed.
Jacuzzi Spa Bath was very spacious. Bars and restaurants nearby.
There was an issue with the pending amount on my card which nobody could answer for? They blamed the website I booked from even though it was pending from the hotel. I found it very hard to get my point across and I even showed my Bank App to them so they could see the pending amount. Anyways it never got charged to my card so somebody fixed the problem. That was my only blemish on a great stay
parking need more.
rooms clean and services good. Liked cookies/apples!
Only stayed one night so nothing really. Wouldn't mind having a microwave in the room.
Room was very clean
Talked a friend that was getting a hotel elsewhere to stay at ur place and he got a sweet for a few more dollars than I got cause for my basic roomhe checked in an hour later than I did and got a discount
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I consider this an excellent hotel, and had no complaints. Period.
Gym being so far away
It would have been nice to know the total fees upon arrival
We stayed 6 nights in a spa bath king size room. The room was excellent, very spacious. The bath was relaxing and comfortable. The bed was also nice. Free Wi-Fi was very handy.
1. The breakfast selection (continental only) was very limited; however, we only used it once. 2. When we kept the "Do Not Disturb" tag on the room past 11:00AM, the room was not made on that day. However, when we requested service, it was provided immediately. 3. The facilities in the Pruneyard Plaza close very early; despite the great many restaurants and bars, there is nowhere to eat after 9:00PM. 4. It would be nice to have a microwave in the room. 5. The lever letting the water out of the bath sticks out awkwardly; I hurt my back on it a few times.
clean, beautiful flowers in lobby, fresh cookies, the room didn't smell like a "motel room!"
not one thing!
the view out of our window onto a pretty courtyard. great bed.
we arrived just after a large group arrived so we had to wait about 10 minutes to check in. The staff did their best in this difficult situation.
The bed was very comfortable. I feel very safe at this hotel.
The room is a little pricey for a Monday night stay. Two weeks prior I paid $129 for a weekday stay.
Location near family
O----an over all good experience
This is a classy place. The room rivaled the Ritz Carlton. Totally first cabin.
The room was very clean, the bed super comfy and the staff was awesome! We are an older couple but had our three young granddaughters with us. I was afraid the hotel would be stuffy and not welcome the children but they were great! My husband went down to the lobby to see if he could find some antacids and the front desk manager went out of his way to track some down for us! We will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends. It was a lovely stay.
Nothing. And I can't often say that!
The room was pleasant with a large flat screen tv. The breakfast had many choices.
The directv signals are slow and has blank gaps in transmition.
The super comfortable bed. The super friendly staff. The Maid service. The local shopping centers.
The loud air conditioning system. The tv channel switching takes longer than it should. The lack of tv channels. The radio doesn't accommodate new generation IPod touch.
Really nice, large and luxurious room. Clean and good service. Good location. The dvd rental free was a nice touch!
The rates are higher than when it was a Larkspur Hotel Parking was a little difficult when returning after 10 pm
