this was our 50th anniversary. The excellent care started with Carlee at the front desk. She was so kind and helpful. We will be back.
Price for parking, Are you kiding me. My suggestion for room location was ignored.
Very nice people at the reception. Very nice bellpeople.
Noisy downstairs restaurant. Grimy chairs at lobby computers.
Really clean and comfortable hotel. Shuttle into downtown, airport etc very good. Staff really nice and helpful.
A little further out from the city than I had realised, but that is my fault!
The shower did not drain, I let the desk know, and it still didnot drain. Thats pretty ugly/
We liked the front desk staff, excellent. Liked the room too and breakfast was good. We also thought the free rides to some locations in town were a nice touch. Internet and printer downstairs were good and necessary.
The price and the fact that a waitress at breakfast collected our "free breakfast vouchers", didn't come back to our table, we left a $5 dollar tip and when ckecked out out we were charged $28 dollars for breakfast that was supposed to be free. Front desk staff did correct the bill but it left us a bit surprised as it shouldn't happen. We were also charged at "happy hour" a $22 instead of $5 for a drink. The explanation was that it "automatically get charged at the till when we provide imported vodka". However we did not ask for that. Again, the staff sorted it out for us but it left us wondering. It shouldn't happen. The price of the stay was very expensive.
Very helpful staff
Too far from where we wanted to be
The transport van was great for us
The frontdest refuse to provide the receipt.
Dinner recommendations were great and they shuttled us to and from the restaurant.
Beds were too small
The parking lot was Third world.
Swimming pool area was horrible, when booking I requested a king size bed we're not given a king size bed
The rooms were right size for my stay. Enjoyed the quietness. And there are elevators on both sides in the hallway.
The carpet could be cleaned to remove stains. The pillows were too fluffy.
Very helpful staff at the reception.
Aircon was not adjustable (off-mode did not work). Quiet noisy (people on the floor, people in the neighbor rooms, aircons of other rooms
Unhelpful Bell Staff Noise Parking
Great location for convention center and very clean.
Walls are thin and I found it ridiculous that I was charged a 10.00 handling fee for a package. Actually it was a package that was delivered at 10am and I was told it never arrived when in fact it was already there.
Cookies were great!
We were hoping for additional amenities like a hot tub or pool. Bathrooms didn't seem to be part of their most recent remodel.
Starbucks on site
Rooms need updating Lobby area is awkward Noisy rooms Bad wine selection Too corporate feeling Untrained staff
The room was clean and comfortable. Bedding, pillows and towels were clean and smelled freshly washed. Felt safe.
Peephole was a bit too high for me even when I tiptoed. Not enough parking.
Good and clean hotel just next to the convention center where we had the meeting. Breakfast was great and staff were helpful.
There is not any grocery or shopping center within walking distance.
Staff did mention that parking was free in the adjacent lot at Wells Fargo bank.
The ice maker was not functioning, dirty dishes left in soda and ice machine area, a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the room door, not able sleep due to light from under the door and excessive noise coming from hallway. 4:00 in the morning called to make a complaint with front desk, and was told by front desk staff that police and ambulance were already on scene. 12.00 parking for guests. Elevator slow and stairwell unclear about ground floor access. Over all just a bad experience will never stay here again.
The closeness to the main street
The room service food was not good, my girlfriend's plate seem to b old nand recoocked, not fresh.
It was close to everything we wanted to visit on our trip. The staff was very helpful :)
Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room and we enjoyed have a bar downstairs.
