Centrally located in the historic community of Roswell, north of Atlanta, Georgia, this hotel offers a free area shuttle service within a 5-mile radius. It features a gym and lounge. The rooms at the Doubletree Hotel Atlanta/Roswell – Alpharetta Area provide cable TV with pay-per-view movies. Guest rooms also include a refrigerator and a coffee maker. Zest lounge, located in the Doubletree Hotel Alpharetta Area, serves cocktails while Café Zest offers traditional American dishes for breakfast lunch and dinner. Room service is available. It was very clean and comfortable. I was told by Doubletree that I would get a copy of my invoice from booking.com and I have not yet received it. There was no list of local restaurants in the room to help make meal decisions easier. The front desk told me they could not provide me with an invoice when I checked out.

Courteous desk clerks. Correct check-in procedures. Proximity to GA 400 North and South. Dated facilities (old Holiday Inn and still similar quality). Elevator malfunctioned. Doorstop requested to be calibrated, and handyman erroneously disengaged and permitted banging on metal drape for shower curtain. Poor tub caulking. Facility satisfactory for Holiday Inn quality.

Wonderful staff! Everyone went out of their way to make our stay relaxing. The location is close to shopping and dining areas, and the shuttle is a great convenience. The coffee bar was excellent. Not one thing.

The bed was wonderful! And the price was very reasonable. The tub was very clean, but it had rust around the drain.
