DoubleTree by Hilton Atlanta Airport  

When the restaurant was closed, there was nowhere you could get a cup of coffee !!

We left out early Saturday morning for a day of sightseeing before the game that night. When we got back to the room that afternoon, the room had not been straightened up and we did not have clean towels, so we could shower.

Conveinience to our destination. Quick reaction to maintenance needs.Maintanance personnel were couteous and friendly.

We were without maid service 1 of the 3 days we were at the property (although we took the do not disturb sign off the door and left the room at 1pm). Also had a difficult time getting towels. It took three phone and a visit to the frnt desk to get the towels. I was told because there was no one in house keeping at the time ( approx. 9pm). The exercise area was poorly maintained. No remote fo the TV (my wife was told that the remote wass missing/stolen) and no ear buds for listening to music or the TV on the exercise equipment. Could not operate the TV from the TV because it was usspended from the ceiling. She went to the front desk and explained the problems in the exercise room to the front desk attendant. The attendant deverloped an attitude of I don't care about your problems. The towel fixture in the shower was missing the towel bar. This property does not represent the image of Double Tree properties where I have previously stayed.

The restaurant staff was much friendlier than the front desk. Food was ok. Nothing great.

I literally have nothing good to say about this hotel. The staff at the front desk were unfriendly and not knowledgeable aboit how booking.com's relationship with the hotel. They wouldn't give me a receipt initially coz they said I have to deal with booking.com to get it. It's almost as if they didn't want to lift a finger to help me until Toni the manager stepped in. She was the only one who understood what I wanted - a receipt for my stay at the hotel. Do not deal with a Ms. White. She has absolutely no knowledge of how booking.com deals with hotels. Totally not helpful, combative, argumentative, talks at you. She is not trained to deal with guests unlike Ms. Toni. The hallway smelled of body odor. The room smelled funky. I don't know if they even wash the crpet.

O custo-benefício e serviço de transporte do/para o aeroporto.

A localização é ruim, perto do aeroporto, assim só é vantagem pra quem vai se hospedar por uma noite e interessa ser um lugar de fácil acesso ao aerporto.

Restaurants und shoppingmöglichkeiten sher weit weg

Man kunne ikke høre flyene, men var alligevel tæt på lufthavnen

At morgenmad ikke var inkluderet i prisen

De ligging dichtbij het vliegveld en toch rustig, de netheid en ruimte van de kamer, de mogelijkheid om in het hotel (prima) te eten en de service shuttle van en naar het vliegveld

Very convenient for the Airport and a good shuttle

Was looking rater tired from when we last stayed. Charged for a guest parking her car for less than 3 hours

Free shuttle to the airport, very nice rooms.

No ice on my floor.

Huge room. Corner of the building. Quiet! Good bed.

Carpet is a bit dirty. Especially in the hallways.

accueil et gentillesse du personnel; le lieu est assez calme et tranquille; parfait pour un couple en transit pour une nuit.

Je suis assez perplexe de ne pas avoir eu de recu de carte bleue bien que jén ai fait la demande lors de mon paiement. je devais le recevoir par internet mais je n´ai rien eu encore:3jours plus tard.............. Il faut surveiller
