I booked this hotel for a weekend getaway just to get away and relax and it was great. There are lots of restaurants in the area ranging from fast food to streak house types. I would recommend this hotel for friends. Excellent hotel for the money.
The bathroom shower could have been a little cleaner but i always take a bottle of Lysol disinfectant when i stay in a hotel room.

Greeted by staff at our arrival. Room was lovely & spacious & quiet. Bed very comfortable. Had buffet breakfast & presentation was quite nice. Wait staff that morning was just "ok". Felt forgotten. No one returned to see if everything was satisfactory.
There apparently was a meeting going on where attendees recd buffet for free. The staff was asking Everyone (us incl.)if they were getting free breakfast. After spending $130 for a nites stay it would have been nice to receive breakfast for "free". But we were honest and said no.

Bright, clean rooms. Shuttle service was good, but at times erratic. Small bar and restaurant. For the most part a helpful and friendly staff.
Front desk couldn't ( or didn't want to ) make change for a 20.00 bill. I thought that was a bit weak. Shuttle service for the most part was good but it didn't always run on the 15 minute and half hour as advertised at the front desk, which caused us one serious problem. Breakfast was not included in our room but we thought that the breakfast buffet was over-priced for what was offered.
The female bartender at the bar & grill was excellent even at 10 pm. She was very welcoming and gracious and we were very tired from a long trip. --The bed was exceptional. Very comfortable. Room was very clean. Room had more than ample room for our needs and ironing board was a big help. ---Overall the facilities were excellent however the hospitality was only fair.
1. The hallway we were on was very noisy at 11pm. We called the front desk and asked for security to quiet the guests. The noise continued and made sleeping difficult which was a big problem as we needed to be awake at 3 am for a flight. 2. I called for a sewing kit. This in itself was no big deal. However, the front desk person said she would look and call me back. I did not get a call back. That lack of response limits my rating of this Hotel. 3. When I expressed my displeasure about the noise in the evening to the check-out staff, he stated there was nothing he could do as I was not a "Hilton Honor" guest. This seemed dismissive to me.

There is a free shuttle I can take to the airport 24/7. I truns every half hour which is good. The driver was really friendly and helped me with my bags. I got a free chocolate chip walnut cookie the day that I arrived and checked in. The room I stayed in looked great. There is a restaurant to order food and it was okay at least for what I've ordered there which was the nachos. The staff were nice and the lobhby looked good. There is a business room where I was able to click on the airline and print my boarding pass without charge. Overall, it was very good place to stay at.

Room was clean, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of things.
Didn't appreciate a knock on the door when the sign was up "do not disturb". Check out was at 11 and this happened at 10:20 am. Bathroom door would not shut in room 346. Had to play around with it to latch. Pool was not opened, my son really wanted to swim. Wifi would not work on our phones and was very very very slow on my computer.

The rooms were bright and clean. They were quite roomy for two people sharing. Shuttle was a bit erratic time-wise but reliable and efficient just the same. Will definitely make it my room of choice my next trip to Atlanta.
I can't say there was anything I didn't like. It was a good experience. TV's might be a little larger when they need replacing but all is good for now.
The front desk was helpful and very nice and welcoming.
My wife and I went to bed and as we were getting ready, she was arranging the pillows and saw dried blood. ( She has a picture.) They switched us over to another room, another king suite like we had, and honestly for your money, its not worth it. the carpets ripped up, it smells old and everything is dirty, even though its been "cleaned". They didn't make us pay for our stay, but finding blood on the sheets is a just wrong on so many levels.
Hotel was clean and I was pleasantly surprised overall. I'd stay again.
