The breakfast buffet was great! Amazing that they had Starbacks on the side. The rooms are huge and clean, loved that. The night front desk guy was very nice. Our waiter was rude, not a smile, horrible attitude. Starbacks girl same, not a smile.

Large and confortable bed. There is no elevator, we needed to use the stairs with heavy baggages and no one of staff could help us. Internet is not free in the room.

I was able to sleep comfortable, they have the most comfortable beds. Not like these other hotels were they have these hard, uncomfortable beds Everything was perfect

The hotel & service, apart from the front desk, was acceptable. The Front desk people seemed to have trouble to swipe my credit card. Finally I paid the bill in cash and have yet to see whether they charged my card anyway.

O dt em Bakersfield mostrou se ser um hotel excelente para quem está de passagem, como nosso caso, indo de Las Vegas para San Francisco de carro. Sua localização é excelente pois está bem no caminho entre as rodovias utilizadas. Hotel muito confortavel e pratico para check in e check out rapidos, sem perda de tempo.

The receptionist kindly changed our room from noisy road side to quiet courtyard side. Access to the lift. We lost the way several times.

Very comfortable hotel but rather poor, expensive breakfasts. Found the staff very helpful and did all that they could to make our stay comfortable. The business office was a definite plus.

そこまで宿泊代が高くないのにヒルトン系列だけあって設備も接客もしっかりしている。コストパフォーマンス- が良いと感じた。 なぜか予約したのにされてないと言われた。すぐ訂正はされたが。 ホテルとは関係がないが、ベーカーズフィールド自体あまり観光スポットがないのが残念だった

The staff is kind and helpful. The main building looks nice, but many of the apartments are located in other buildings. Those rooms look very old and "used". The corridors are dark and small. It is ok for one night (I was making a long trip, just stopped by), but I cannot recommend it for a long holiday.
