The room was comfortable and well organized with plenty of space. Bed was also quite comfortable
No breakfast included ( should at least have continental breakfast with room price) and parking was very expensive.. It should be included to stay there.

The staff at the hotel were great, their local knowledge and recommendations for things to do whilst waiting on my friend to arrive were spot on. The location was great too everything was in walking distance with cabs no longer than a minutes wait when we needed them. I will be booking this hotel again for my next trip to Boston
Location was perfect and In walking distance of most things want to see.
The view that was on website was not the view of the room. I was looking for a view of Boston instead we got a view of the back of the building with no skyline view.

A very large room. Close to the subway and many restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and never tired of our questions or our specific needs.
Great localisation, very close to the main attractions In Boston and the bus station and Chinatown. You feel safe around in the area. They have an Starbucks in the hotel area. Very pleasant and welcoming, helping staff at the hotel. Nice clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and good air condition! Will be very glad to go back there again someday!

Very happy with stay.
There was unforeseen circumstances that prevailed during our stay; the fire alarms were set off. We were informed; it was really out of their control. However, this did not occur once but the alarm set off 3 times (1st-an hour after our arrival and twice in the middle of the night...at least we know the alarms were working). It was as if we were in a club; imagine strobe lights blinking on/off continuously. How would one feel afterwards? You tell me. At the end of our stay we were asked (mind you we are not ones who complain but this prompted us to let them know). Were understanding after the first occurrence, though it was annoying because we were trying to take a nap after driving for 4.5 hours before going out to dinner. The real issue was when the alarm went off in the middle of the night waking us up from sleep and turned our room into an impromptu disco for several minutes. It again went off several minutes after stopping and basically ruined our first night's sleep. This whole ordeal caused us to get a late start to our day because of the lack of rest. We decided to inquire with the front desk to voice our displeasure and be reassured that this would not happen again for our last night's rest. We were given an explanation for the excessive false alarms and were compensated with a free breakfast. To be honest I wasn't satisfied with this but I didn't want this to ruin my short stay in Boston so I just accepted so I could finally start my day. Upon checking out, I simply said that everything was wonderful except for my first night's stay and humbly asked for additional comp.
Our stay was from Fri.-Sun.; $109 per night+tax/$46 per night for valet parking. We chose to stay here bc it was reasonably priced compared to the other hotels. Location was central: walking distance to the subway. Areas within close proximity: Chinatown, Financial District, and a 15-minute walk to Quincy Market/Faneuil Hall/Freedom Trail. Overall the hotel was great but what prompted this 5 star review was the customer service. They really want to make sure that your stay with them is the best that it can be and if not, try to find ways to make it nothing but that. Special thanks to ALBION, ERSELA, and EVALDO who all went well beyond to help make my first trip to Boston amazing. AND...I forgot...the cookies were AMAZING!!!
