Friendly staff and location of hotel.

The pool hours are terrible and shared with the YMCA!!!

The convenience of the rooms were excellent.

The windows did not close properly. The joints of the tiles were empty.

We were charged full price for a run down room. The hotel was under construction which we were unaware of, or we would have stayed elsewhere. I felt cheated and lied to.

Close to the "t" and proximity to down town & also the parking.

Good location for access to Downtown, airport, parks etc. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and the room was clean and comfortable.

Even with the help of the excellent bellman, getting a taxi took at least 20 mins each time. Also charging for WiFi in a quality hotel like this is unacceptable.

The location of this hotel is very good for the tourist. Downtown Boston is not vast ares so during my 2-day tour in the city I didn't use any transportation, merely on foot. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the starting point of the freedom trial, and along the famous trial I could see everything I wanted to see. And the condition of the room is wonderful, also the staff are friendly. This is a good hotel and I will definitely choose it for my next tour in Boston, hopefully with a friend...

The same with every hotel in that area around Chinatown, the price of the lodging is not cheap.

Staff was very helpful

Comfortable, fast and convenient for Boston Marathon. Staff really stepped up to help serve those who decided to remain in the hotel in the aftermath of the marathon bombings. Even the doorman was working to bus tables at the very busy restaurant!

I don't like being booked into a handicapped/accessible room without being told that is what I am getting.

Noise level in the room was terrible ,as was the heating and the view from the window was HVAC Ducting and a car park.For the money I paid I expected a bit more

Restaurant fare was only adequate and it's a little around the corner out of the way if you don't know Boston. It was fine for me as I know Boston well.

I prefer the location and facility.

I donot like the bed,it is too soft.

Everything was fine, even a bit more from my opinion, the black guy who was cooking omelets is a wizard in it.

They tried to get some more money from my card, fortunately they can't before we figured out and fixed the right sum.

parking was $43 a night

Very nice hotel with clean spacious rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. Location is not very central, but still good. You can walk to the Public Garden, quite far from Beacomn Hill and waterfront though.

Double-tree had the most comfortable beds out of all the places we stayed on our trip. The people working at the careline were excellent, quick to act upon requests and with good humour.

The size of the shower was extremely small.

location close by railway station, downtown and china-town, minutes of walk away from many restaurants

I will not stay at this hotel again, because of it does not have free internet service. I found the charges for internet to be very expensive

Everything from the warm =delish cookies on check in / wonderful + helpful staff . the location is great easy to get to all parts of city + many local things to walk to . had A great stay. thanks

Central, clean and comfortable.

Payment was deducted the day before we arrived. It is usual for credit card details to be issued but payment made at the end of your stay. Again because two rooms were booked under one name the whole of the anount was deducted from the person who had made the booking.
