Our King room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast Buffet on Saturday of stay was great. Front Desk staff were Awesome; freindly and helpful. Restaurant/Bar attached was really nice and food and staff both very good. Coffee station in the lobby to augment the small supply in the room Terrific. My love's favorite part, being greeted with a Warm Cookie. Bathroom was clean overall but there were a few areas overlooked, some mold build up in back of tub and front of sink counter not wiped down. 1 extra bath towel would have been nice. Breakfast Buffet on Sunday of our stay was not good. Couldn't find a channel guide for the TV, digital or paper.

Staff was OK. I did leave a note-circulation fan for heat was extremely noisey-kept waking me up all night. Toilet bowl was filthy under the rim (which was noticeable when I was in the bathtub). Snow removal all night was distracting also.

Hotel lobby inviting, staff warm & friendly, yet professional. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I have stayed at Doubletree before and will certainly plan to again. Nice to be able to expect good quality every time!

The staff at DoubleTree were excellent - prompt to respond to a couple of minor issues, friendly and professional. They were the best thing about the hotel! I would have prefered a quieter dining venue than the restaurant by the bar with televisions, etc.
