The proximity to the airport and the very friendly staff. The room was very clean. We ate at their restaurant and everyone commented on the quality of the food for the price. Service was fantastic. No indoor pool for the youngsters

The staff were friendly and most helpful. We were able to have a great meal at the hotel. Every thing was clean. Good location. Shuttle service available to the airport as well as within a 3 mile radius.

I liked the conveince of the hotel the staff and the cleanliness. I didn't like the food choices. I especially did not like the $42.00 charge to park our car their while we vacationed in Jamaica especially when your ad came across as free parking while we did the trip. I was deeply upset and would have choosen another facility where it was free.

We stay at this location every time we fly out. We have stayed at other hotels and only stay at yours. We had an issue once at no fault of any staff member but they resolved it right away for us. The staff is friendly and helpful with anything I have asked or needed.

It was comfortable and convienent to the places we needed to get to. It could have been a bit cleaner. The shower curtain smelled a bit over done and the sink (creveces) should have been payed attention too a bit more.

The hotel was modern and had everything we needed. Our room smelled. We should have changed rooms the first night but didn't say anything. It was humid and the room smelled like a toilet.

Two years ago I had a horrible experience at this very hotel. I once again found myself on a business trip to Baltimore so I decided to see if it was a onetime bad night for the staff. It must have been, the van was prompt and clean (late and dirty on the last visit), the staff was prompt and my room was awesome. I ordered room service, and received a great meal within 20 minutes. After a great night's sleep, check out was swift, and the return trip to the airport was quick. I would highly recommend this hotel.

it deserves the 4 star rating. I like the modern comfortable facilities. I was the ideal site for me to visit my friends and family in the Linthicu area. I can't think of any negatives except the cost.

Doubletree, I stayed at the BWI Double Tree Sunday night. The place was a zoo. The lobby had to have 200 people sitting there waiting for rooms. The power and clean linens prevented availability. The serving staff also performed well. But the desk people were spectacular. I was totally impressed with the manager on duty and Lee. They keep dealing with the irate, never losing their calm. Fresh warm cookie comes with your greet. They were very kind and process was fast. Free shuttle to and from the airport every half hour that runs 24 hours. The breakfast was delicious! The only complaint I have is I wish the bathtub was a little bigger... It was standard size. Bed very comfortable, many channels to choose from on the tv, and complimentary usa today dropped in front of my door in the morning. Best hotel for close to airport over night stay. I wish the bathtub was alittle bigger. Some loudnnoises at night, my room was right next to the elevator.

I like the warm hospitality of hotel staff, the off-busy-road location but with ready access ride provided by the hotel. There was lack of variety in the daily breakfast buffet menu. The same menu was set daily for the five days we were there.

The cookies..... I stayed at the DoubleTree because of the reputation...That was a wrong way of thinking...The room was nasty there was urine on the towlets and hair in the bed when it was time to go to sleep. When I called to have a manager come to inspect the room to see just how dirty it was the shuttle bus driver come to my room to pose as a manager and advised that there were no other rooms available and he could bring clean sheets for the bed but we had to make up our own beds....Do yourself a favor and do not book with double tree it was a horrible experience
