    Location, décor, restaurant, beds were comfortable.

    Noise from the street, the bathroom, the room itself was tiny plus it was a handicap room so it had a weird seat in the shower making it hard to use. Also, no table and chairs to sit at. And it was a little run down looking. At a price of over $200.00 per night, I expected a lot more. I also don't think having to pay for parking is fair, it should be included with the price.

    Surprised to get a decent hotel like this below USD200; fair bargain for location (5 mins drive from Union Station, walkable distance to Civil Centre metro) and decent facilities. Doormen very helpful; receptionists a little standoff-ish. Really appreciate the complementary cookie given on check-in.

    Not much food options unless you pay for hotel fare (which is pretty limited and expensive) or dare to walk alone to Little Tokyo nearby. Also got charged $5 asking for hot water, and the water didn't seem like it was boiled or filtered either ... they really should have indicated this during my call to Room Service. Learn not to expect any Hilton service extras, even if you're an Honors member.

    We liked the bed! That was the best! It was pretty quiet to for being in the city!

    There was no pool! I think for how much money you pay it would be nice to have a pool! That was a let down! Especially on a hot day!

    Aside from front desk staff, the people were great: the valets and bartender (Moises) especially. Very helpful. I love the Japanese garden and like how many interesting little bits of L.A. are very close by.

    I didn't like how the manager wouldn't accept AAA discount--I had my card with me--when checking in, even though we hadn't paid for the room. I didn't like to have to wipe down grime from light switches. I didn't like how my key wouldn't work when I first got to my room. Had to return to front desk.

    The room was lovely with a beautiful view. The staff were most friendly

    Though I was traveling on a shoestring I booked the hotel believing I would feel comfortable to take a nice hot soaky bath after days on the train. At 10 p m the water was cold due to plumbing failure and had not warmed when I checked after midnight though I was told there was a two hour reheating time. I was told I would be comped 10% which is little consolation since the hot bath was my primary desire and I fell asleep without actually settling into the bed.

    This is a very nice hotel, maintained very well, and has an excellent staff

    The only problem we had was that a water pipe had burst. HOWEVER, the staff lets us know upon check-in, we're very apologetic, and we're extremely kind about the whole situation.

    Very good downtown location, nice and quite peaceful neighborhood (Little Tokyo). Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. You can get cheaper parking outside of hotel on the nearest park lot ($5). Hotel is clean and nice looking, with Japanese garden on outside. Room was decent size, with great king bed, and very quiet air condition. Definitely worth its price! Also good breakfast in hotel's restaurant (not included).

    Nothing I can think of :)

    Beautiful lobby & common area decor, convenient location, easy (if pricey) self-parking, comfy room, comfy bed, easy access to adjacent restaurant and Starbucks. VERY gracious staff.

    Backwash into bathtub occurred not once but TWICE during one overnight stay. Looking forward to leisurely soak in tub; however, the ancient-looking, charcoalish, mossy, sticky, nasty black-lagoon detritus which backwashed UP the drain and coated the tub -- TWICE -- made even showering an act of faith. Appreciate reasonable response time for the two maintenance AND housecleaning personnel to make the tub more sanitary, but that backwash was nasty and not at all in keeping with the overall ambiance one expects from a Hilton property.
