Staff at front desk were excellent. 3 KM radius shuttle bus.
Service was very slow in restaurant for breakfast.
The beds were lovely Good facilities Friendly staff
Bathroom a bit too small Could have used a swimming pool!!!
Very little. More flexible check out times
Loved the staff
No pool?! :(
Central location to a lot of stuff. Easy to go in and out of hotel to go to places. Close to tourist sites by walking . The total look of the lobby is too dull. Need to spruce it up with some contemporary pieces. The water is not regularly filled for guests. For the price you pay it's not so satisfying to stay.
Excellent room. Very clean. Staff was very helpful. Shuttle service within 3-4 mile radius of hotel was awesome.
I didn't like that they charged me an additional $100 for late check out. We left the hotel at 5:00pm to catch the Amtrak Southwest Chief back to Chicago.
BON RAPPORT/PRIX, HOTEL DE STANDING TRES AGREABLE
CONNEXION WIFI PAS TOUJOURS FACILE DANS LES CHAMBRES
The staff is very good
The room was very noisy, you can hear all the noise from the street. The hotel is charging the parking to the guest that are staying in the hotel ($35 USD/ day)
Called front dest twice. Once was for the toothbrush and toothpaste, the staff came up and gave the stuff to me very fast and they were free, which was out of my expectation.
Valet parking! After I got my car right after I checked out, I asked my friend to park her car in the hotel's self-parking lot. But when my friend was trying to move the car our, the staff member said I did not pay the valet parking fee and did not let me go until I paid the fee, which was really a waste if time since every charge should be put on my credit card when I checked out!!! For such a high-rate hotel, telling guest the exact time and amount of money regarding the valet parking should not be such a difficulty! Right?
Cleanliness of room, friendly staff, great location.
Not enough towel hanger in room, self-parking was always booked.
Location was mostly convenient for all the activities we did
Parking situation was terrible, did not think the quality of the room was equal to the price JW Marriott was only $100 more and way better. No pool
clean sheets & bath towels, comfortable bedding, free wifi.
not enough towel hangers in room, pricey water bottles in room.
Location, décor, restaurant, beds were comfortable.
Noise from the street, the bathroom, the room itself was tiny plus it was a handicap room so it had a weird seat in the shower making it hard to use. Also, no table and chairs to sit at. And it was a little run down looking. At a price of over $200.00 per night, I expected a lot more. I also don't think having to pay for parking is fair, it should be included with the price.
Restaurant $2 for a bottle of water No bathrobe Air condition noisy
Staff were very helpful Room was appropriately sized and comfortable
Not too many vegetarian options nearby in terms of international cuisine
Very friendly staff!
The room had a smell of mold. Room decor looked outdated.
Surprised to get a decent hotel like this below USD200; fair bargain for location (5 mins drive from Union Station, walkable distance to Civil Centre metro) and decent facilities. Doormen very helpful; receptionists a little standoff-ish. Really appreciate the complementary cookie given on check-in.
Not much food options unless you pay for hotel fare (which is pretty limited and expensive) or dare to walk alone to Little Tokyo nearby. Also got charged $5 asking for hot water, and the water didn't seem like it was boiled or filtered either ... they really should have indicated this during my call to Room Service. Learn not to expect any Hilton service extras, even if you're an Honors member.
The fact that it was located close to the City center yet not in the heart of it.
Amenities were too few and not replenished during the stay
I like everything
It's hard to find parking based on location, and hotel parking is a bit much
The Japanese garden and the location near Union Station
The complementary car service was never available.
The area near little tokyo and the hotel garden.
The front desk staff missed a requested wake up call for 7am.
We liked the bed! That was the best! It was pretty quiet to for being in the city!
There was no pool! I think for how much money you pay it would be nice to have a pool! That was a let down! Especially on a hot day!
Aside from front desk staff, the people were great: the valets and bartender (Moises) especially. Very helpful. I love the Japanese garden and like how many interesting little bits of L.A. are very close by.
I didn't like how the manager wouldn't accept AAA discount--I had my card with me--when checking in, even though we hadn't paid for the room. I didn't like to have to wipe down grime from light switches. I didn't like how my key wouldn't work when I first got to my room. Had to return to front desk.
