Good location and will recommend but don;t stay longer than a day or two due to general noise level This is a pretty noisy hotel - probably why they provide ear plugs along with the shampoo!

Our stay at the hotel was fabulous. I especially liked the valet parking. All the young men were very courteous and helpful, and I would stay there again in the future if I am in the Orlando area again. Not the hotel's fault, but at 11:30 pm, I went to the front desk and asked about pizza delivery. They gave me a flyer and said that they had the best pizza in Orlando and would deliver it right to our room. At 1:15, the pizza delivery guy called my cell phone and asked if I would come down to the lobby and get our pizza so he wouldn't have to come upstairs. That angered me after waiting so long and after the staff said that they delivered to the rooms. Again, not the hotel's fault.

The bed and the pillows were extremely comfy. The bar was still open when we returned @ 1am, although we did not take advantage of it. I did like the idea of having the hotel shuttle to deliver us to the Amway Arena. I was certainly a little disappointed that the hotel shuttle only ran until 11pm. The concert was over by 11pm and of course we had to check out Church St. We had to catch a cab back to the hotel. It would have been nice if the shuttle had been available after 11pm on a weekend night.

Doris on reception was great. She looked after our Wedding visit just fine. A nice pool with lovely soft white towels.
