Very good service and good room service/food.
The pool was quite cool and if it was heated, it wasn't enough.
charming service: warm chocolate cookie after arriving
We liked the free shuttle service
No mini bar in room
Cold and way overpriced breakfast that I ordered from room service. Waste of money.
The service was excellent. The front desk Sophia welcoming and personable. Parking & bellman courteous & quick. Bartender & happy hour great. I will stay there next visit.
Hotel was old and next to train line and train crossings every half hour late at night with the train horns. Was ok but not worth the money.
The room was well furnished.
Service in the bar was poor. One bartender was not enough. Parking fees were too high for guests. A continental breakfast would have been nice.
The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and all for a fair price. I really like the cookies they give you (Free) as well.
I didn't like that the parking garage wasn't free. :(
Room clean and well lit. Room Service was very good and the food was prepared exceptionally well along with presentation..
Would like for an upscale room to at least have a mini-fridge to keep beverages cold. Parking is an additional $17.00 per day on site. Should be upfront and include that in the cost when comparing room Rates. Buyer Beware!
Location, Friendliness of staff, and cleanliness,Restaurant, and bar..
Having to pay extra for breakfast and having to pay $17.00 a day for parking for what I considered an upscale hotel.
ALL ASPECTS FROM ARRIVAL TO DEPARTURE.
PARKING WAS JUST OK
I wish it would've had a mini fridge in the room !
Staff was very nice, the bed was super comfortable, and I loved that they give you a hot cookie when you check in!
I wasn't thrilled about the price per day for parking.
Overall, it was a very good value for the money.
$17.00 Parking fee. Shuttle was not available for a ride to the Performing Arts Center. We were told to be in the lobby by 6:30. It was busy for over an hour taking people to Amtrak. Took a cab, was OK. Evening dinner slow, over half hour for a burger turkey club sandwich, Only 3 people in restaurant, including us. Breakfast buffet was very good. Sandy was an excellent server for breakfast buffet.
Close to where I did business
Not a lot
Pretty ratty and skanky. Stay in a lot of hotels and this one was nasty. Wouldn't go back
Is was located close to the meeting we attended.
There was ongoing construction which was loud and annoying during the daylight hours.
Great service, good breakfast, complimentary shuttle to go to Downtown
Lounge and bar were too cold to sit and enjoy a drink. our room was at the 15th level and was noisy, probably due to air condition units on the roof.
The location of the hotel was fantastic. Staff was wonderful and helpful very courteous.
I thought the pool was a little bit too small but I understood the area was limited. I would definitely come back again!
Very happy with stay
The hotel and my room were clean, the room spacious, the bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very nice (although you have to know the system of vouchers if it is included into your room rate) and the staff both in the hotel and the restaurant very friendly and helpful. The cookie and water upon arrival was a nice surprise. They also have the complimentary shuttle up to 3 miles, which is great if you do not want to use your car.
They didn't have an adapter for the European plug, no water fountain (you can get bottled water, but that's just a waste of bottles), the door doesn't close by itself if you just let it go, so you should be extra careful if you closed it. It is close to the train tracks, so you can hear the trains (although worked fine for me with earplugs). Rather complicated breakfast system (you have to get a voucher from the front desk, otherwise you'll get charged for the breakfast).
Clean rooms, good air conditioning, plenty of hot water. Conference rooms were well organized.
Breakfast was expensive and not good, but lunch and dinner were cheaper and better. Not enough staff in general, but staff was good when available. WiFi was spotty, but putting 300 programmers in a room is bound to cause problems no matter how good the network. Questionable pizza delivery flyers were in every room, despite the fact they were not hotel-recommended.
Toilet would not flush correctly. Room smelled. Only stayed on nought.
the staff was okay
the room was dirty, nothing was good on the first two days at all, after getting in the room we had to run out ...the smell was dad,and nothing was clean in there...well lets just say that I will not say there again.
