Everything, the room was clean the staff helpful and friendly
COMFORT OF THE ROOMS,shutle and amability of driver, very helpful Heinrich OF FRONT DESK,
nothing,we would like stay more days but the rate was very expensive we have not the same rate .
The shower had a slow drain and not secured to the wall. Very loud from I-4 and the room next door.
Hotel was very nice and very comfortable.
$17 garage parking was expensive. Free street parking was full by 8pm.
They have an awesome shuttle service from the hotel to nearby places! They even gave us their number and they picked us up from a restaurant and took us to another place! The front desk staff were very nice and helpful.
This hotel does not have any sort of free breakfast. There is a Starbucks in the lobby and breakfast available at their restaurant ($$) but nothing included in cost of room. The rooms do not have a mini fridge!!
Clean and classy room... good cookie.
It was noisy in the hall and I could hear people taking showers... I think it is too expensive to park your car!
Check out was noon but cleaning staff started pounding on door at 8:00 am.
That you had to pay to park in the parking garage!
Everything but the bar
The view from the window
The staff were ignorant and overworked, the security was poor, no sign of management walking the floor to attend to guest concerns, the lighting in the rooms (bulbs were energy efficiency) too harsh and unforgiving, shows every flaw in your skin. No A/C vents in the dining room, it was stuffy and humid, needed windows to brighten it up.
Very good service and good room service/food.
The pool was quite cool and if it was heated, it wasn't enough.
The rooms were pretty nice but other amenities like the pool and workout room needed some touch ups. Apparently the hotel has been changing ownership a lot lately so you can see some places have been redone and some still need work.
It's located in a kinda weird place, away from anything convenient so if you need something from a drug store it's kinda far. There was a shuttle to the game but it came randomly every like 30-40mins.
charming service: warm chocolate cookie after arriving
We liked the free shuttle service
No mini bar in room
Cold and way overpriced breakfast that I ordered from room service. Waste of money.
The service was excellent. The front desk Sophia welcoming and personable. Parking & bellman courteous & quick. Bartender & happy hour great. I will stay there next visit.
Hotel was old and next to train line and train crossings every half hour late at night with the train horns. Was ok but not worth the money.
The room was well furnished.
Service in the bar was poor. One bartender was not enough. Parking fees were too high for guests. A continental breakfast would have been nice.
The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and all for a fair price. I really like the cookies they give you (Free) as well.
I didn't like that the parking garage wasn't free. :(
Room clean and well lit. Room Service was very good and the food was prepared exceptionally well along with presentation..
Would like for an upscale room to at least have a mini-fridge to keep beverages cold. Parking is an additional $17.00 per day on site. Should be upfront and include that in the cost when comparing room Rates. Buyer Beware!
Location, Friendliness of staff, and cleanliness,Restaurant, and bar..
Having to pay extra for breakfast and having to pay $17.00 a day for parking for what I considered an upscale hotel.
ALL ASPECTS FROM ARRIVAL TO DEPARTURE.
PARKING WAS JUST OK
I wish it would've had a mini fridge in the room !
Staff was very nice, the bed was super comfortable, and I loved that they give you a hot cookie when you check in!
I wasn't thrilled about the price per day for parking.
Overall, it was a very good value for the money.
$17.00 Parking fee. Shuttle was not available for a ride to the Performing Arts Center. We were told to be in the lobby by 6:30. It was busy for over an hour taking people to Amtrak. Took a cab, was OK. Evening dinner slow, over half hour for a burger turkey club sandwich, Only 3 people in restaurant, including us. Breakfast buffet was very good. Sandy was an excellent server for breakfast buffet.
