The location of the hotel was fantastic. Staff was wonderful and helpful very courteous.
I thought the pool was a little bit too small but I understood the area was limited. I would definitely come back again!
Very happy with stay
The hotel and my room were clean, the room spacious, the bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very nice (although you have to know the system of vouchers if it is included into your room rate) and the staff both in the hotel and the restaurant very friendly and helpful. The cookie and water upon arrival was a nice surprise. They also have the complimentary shuttle up to 3 miles, which is great if you do not want to use your car.
They didn't have an adapter for the European plug, no water fountain (you can get bottled water, but that's just a waste of bottles), the door doesn't close by itself if you just let it go, so you should be extra careful if you closed it. It is close to the train tracks, so you can hear the trains (although worked fine for me with earplugs). Rather complicated breakfast system (you have to get a voucher from the front desk, otherwise you'll get charged for the breakfast).
Clean rooms, good air conditioning, plenty of hot water. Conference rooms were well organized.
Breakfast was expensive and not good, but lunch and dinner were cheaper and better. Not enough staff in general, but staff was good when available. WiFi was spotty, but putting 300 programmers in a room is bound to cause problems no matter how good the network. Questionable pizza delivery flyers were in every room, despite the fact they were not hotel-recommended.
Toilet would not flush correctly. Room smelled. Only stayed on nought.
the staff was okay
the room was dirty, nothing was good on the first two days at all, after getting in the room we had to run out ...the smell was dad,and nothing was clean in there...well lets just say that I will not say there again.
Excellent staff Downtown location Nice rooftop pool In suite jacuzzi
Noisy construction nearby A little dated
Double charged for room....could not find my reservation.
location The Starbucks concession was great.
Bathrooms not female-friendly; absolutely no counter space for makeup, anything. Lighting dim, awful for trying to do makeup at mirror outside bath. Had to ask for a small refrigerator. Lack of a bar at pool. Lack of decent map of local area (Winter Park)
Too expensive no free parking the room wasn't even all that nice I could of stayed at the Hampton in for less money and it's so much nicer with free parking and breakfast included I'm never gonna stay there again and on top of everything they charged me and extra 25 dollars on top of the 212 I spend jst to say one night can't believe it never again
Loved the pillows. Beds were not pillow top but were comfortable.
Paying $17 for parking in an Orlando hotel. The fact that Booking.com verified that the hotel approved an early check-in which wasn't available when we arrived and the reservationist said Booking and all others like them will tell you anything. She said they would call us when the room was ready and we had to call them. We were going to have a cocktail after noon to wait and the bar wasn't open - on Saturday?
pool, building, location, employees
room too close to the stairs and elevator. we had confirmation on a quiet room. and a non-smoking hotel, but in the room next to us were smokers. i was at the desk two times and on the phone. nothing happend. very poor
The front desk agent who checked me in was welcoming in and friendly! Also, the weather was aweful Saturday so I decided to go to the lobby bar for lunch and hte bartender was wonderful. I am only sorry that I cannot recall either gentleman's name.
The staff were very welcoming and warm. Pleased with the high level of customer service. The room service meals I had were very tasty, and worth the extra money. Room was clean upon arrival, and cleaned each day during my stay. I also enjoyed having Starbucks beverages available in the lobby.
My only complaints are as follows: - loud noise from nearby train during the night (earplugs needed) - no hotel shuttle available to Disney Parks (cost me $70US one way) - there was no/ could not find any menus for local food eateries (to have food delivered) ***BUT, still an awesome place to stay!
Everyone was very pleasant. The bed was comfy.
Right by the train tracks.
Hospitality shown by restaurant workers at breakfast. Kindness shown by those at the registration desk.
Person(s) at the desk where tickets to attractions were sold were not particularly warm or friendly.
staff were very friendly .. and helpful.. food was very good.
nothing around it. you have to walk relatively long distance to the downtime.. great walking for people without kids or people who get tired..
The fact that Breakfast, Dinner, and snacks were on location
The fact not much was close by for walking distance...restaurants, other local interests.
Very clean and nice place. The staff was very helpful at check in.
Paying for the parking
Room was clean.
Parking was very expensive.
The bood at the resturant was very good. It was nice to get in late (10pm) and still be able to grab some food.
There was a strong buzzing that was continuous right outside of my door on the 8th floor. I believe it was something generated from the emergency exit. In addition, Orlando has some of the least expensive top rated hotels in the nation. I did not find this the case at this location.
We were suposed to have included the breakfast but when we went down to the restaurant and sit they told us we didn't have it included, we walk to the front desk and they finally give it to us but the treat wasn't good at all. It felt like we were asking for something that we didn't deserve but we paid for it at the beginning of our stay.
The staff was very helpful, The bar was good and a starbuck in the lobby was sweet, good rooms....good location
Room service is very expensive
The staff was excellent, room was big and comfortable, over all my experience was fabulous
Laundry service was not prompt
