The room set-up was attractive, comfortable and clean. The morning staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. In general, your staff are always willing to help. Housekeeping was efficient and breakfast staff were attentive and very friendly. The fact that I was charged for parking even after indicating that I had just arrived from the airport with a taxi! And then it cost me extra dollars to extricate the charges from my credit card!!! Listen to your customers, it is not always status-quo. Every now and then an actress might visit from NYC without a car!

It was close and within walking distance to everything (Bank of American Stadium, EpiCenter, Starbucks..). Hotel was nice, clean and most of staff was very helpful and pleasant and accommodating after dealing with an unpleasant receptionist when I first checked in and not getting the room I reserved. But the other staff who helped me later on, were very helpful, apologized for my early experience, got me a King room for the following day and even offered to have our bags moved to our new room while we were attending the Panthers game if needed. I made my reservation 3 months prior to our trip for a King room. When I checked in, I was told a King was not available and we were given a two double bed room..no and,ifs or buts about it. The receptionist who checked us in was not friendly and did nothing further to try to accommodate us . My boyfriend is tall and barely fit in the bed alone and it was very uncomfortable with both of us in it. I eventually went back down and spoke with a different person who was much more willing to help me out and was able to get us a King room the following day.

We attended the ACC Conference Game and it was within walking distance. Staff was very accommodating & friendly. Other half enjoyed using the chaise to watch tv rather than on the bed. Would stay there again. Warm cookies at the front desk a nice touch. Not an issue but the ice maker on 4 was running water out where the ice should drop. I let the front desk know on Saturday afternoon and it was still running water on Sunday morning. You cold hear the running water while waiting for he elevator so not just a drip.

We traveled almost 6 hours to attend a concert ( 6-24-12) ,,,We were guaranteed to be in our room by 3pm checkin...We were not able to get into the room until almost 4:30...The same time that the concert was starting. We missed the first half of the show that I spent over 500.00 for , not to mention the 190.00 that I paid for the room . I was terribly disappointed that the staff never offered anything as compensation . The staff just said they were sorry for our inconvience . Very disappointing visit.

The hotel was completely booked due to a concert and other guests. They should have been prepared to turn over the rooms with this in mind. None of the rooms were ready for occupancy at the check in times. There were dozens of people waiting and standing in the lobby till more than an hour later to check in their rooms. To make matters worse the concert began at 4:30. Very poor planning by the hotel. Would never stay there again . They could have offered drinks or discount for the total inconvenience for paying guests. Dr William Harris.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and in a good location. We arrived around 2PM and obtained a parking pass hoping to eat in the hotel restaurant. Restaurant doesn't open until 5. We were told they were running behind getting people checked out from the night before and it would possibly be 4:30 or later before we could get checked into our room. We were there for a concert that started at 4:30 and were told we may not be able to check in until after the concert. When I asked about area restaurants, I was told there were several within walking distance, but no recommendations were offered. We were finally able to get in our room around 4:10. We were also told that due to the wait, the parking fee would be comped, which it was not at the time of checkout the next morning. I also wish shuttle service was offered. It was raining when we left the hotel for the concert and we had to take a hired car. Although I understand that when a hotel of that size is booked due to a large event in the area, there can be some complications. However, I don't feel the staff was very accomodating to the waiting area that was full of people trying to get their rooms an hour after check in. I expected more from a Hilton.

The hotel is good but not worth for 170 per night, no complementary breakfast, no W-fi inside room, no airport shuttle and not even a bottle of water in room, you can find better option around areas with the same price, old interior.

It was within walking distance from a lot of things and the hotel staff was really nice. The bed was pretty comfortable too. First off, I didn't get a warm chocolate cookie upon check-in (sounds petty, but after everything I went through I figured a cookie was the least they could give me)! The hotel has no refrigerator nor microwave which is shocking to me because even the most basic hotel rooms have those! Then when I asked the lady at the front desk about it, she said that she would have to charge $10 for a fridge! Crazy! Then they charged $13/day for parking which is ridiculous in itself being that you are already paying a handful for a shell of a room that didn't even include breakfast (which a Hilton does standard). I honestly can't believe that this hotel has the nerve to have "Hilton" on the front of it because it is nothing like a Hilton. Then I got upset at the fact that they had charged an extra $120 on my card for "incidentals" that could happen, such as (according to front desk) breakfast and things like that. I can understand holding extra but $120? Really? Then we come back to the room around 3pm and our rooms still hadn't been cleaned! All in all this hotel was a disgrace to the Hilton name and is not worth the money that they are trying to get out of people at every turn!
