Customer service, employees are very courteous, professional, and friendly. The comfort of the room. All of the above (#2).

That there was some sort of construction going on and I wasn't aware off. Other wise I wouldn't have reserved. The room was dirty, bathroom shower walls not clean at all. It ruined my 19yrs weeding anniversary. I was visiting friends and family. I travel 13 hrs from Springfield Ma to Huntersville NC. It's a shame. Even though when I gave my complaint they discount my parking ticket I don't think was fair enough.
Main lobby staff very attentive and professional. Beautiful location.

They do have gotchas with some of their fees. We were there for one night and it costs 14 bucks to park. We weren't aware there was a parking fee before we got there. This seemed unnecessary...the night in the hotel was already expensive enough. The other small thing was no continental breakfast. Once again the hotel isn't exactly cheap so its seems like more of a cash grab.
Loved the location, the room was great! It was perfect for what we needed.

Generator outside the window ran for 10 minutes every two hours. Very loud and annoying.
Convenient to downtown.

Room not cleaned between days. Bed not made. Coffee not replenished. Incredibly annoying. We will find somewhere else to stay on our next visit to Charlotte since staff can't even't differentiate do not disturb from a breakfast order. We put a breakfast order on the door that the cleaning staff must have mistaken for a do not disturb sign? Only one clean towel for a shower the next morning. Had to use a damp one from the dirty pile in the floor. No coffee no tea. Bad bad bad service.
Room was nice on day one and location was convenient.

Very comfortable room and friendly service

Breakfast service and food was poor
January 31, 2015
Rate for room was shown as $136 but by the time all taxes, parking, and other additional charges it cost $174 a night. You should have been made aware of the "fly by night" charges prior to booking. Food was expensive for a so/so menu and breakfast buffet.
January 21, 2015
$14 to park in the hotel parking deck. Shouldn't that free if you get a room? $114.00 a night + $14.00.

There was banging all night like someone was hammering very slowly.
It was walking distance to Bank of America stadium & plenty of bars & restaurants.
January 6, 2015
They only left us with a half roll of TP and we ran out right away - sounds minor but it was annoying to have to call and get more and also a few more towels would have been nice without having to ask... Also the sink didn't drain properly which was gross so we had to call housekeeping for that too. Thought the parking was a bit expensive for self-park...
We liked the location - we were able to walk to the stadium and to restaurants etc... Also if you don't want to walk the car service was a decent deal too at $8 + tip (within the city area). Also the staff were very friendly, although sometimes it seemed like there were not enough staff at the front to handle the phones and customers waiting at the desk. Also the beds were really comfortable.

Bathroom needs a little updating. There were a couple cracks in the floor, and the caulking around the tub was yellow. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided.
Comfy bed, spacious room. Pretty clean.

I have a back problem and the beds were not as comfortable as I wanted. The parking - at $14 per day is a bit pricey, but they did not charged it. The WIFI was a little slow at times.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Our kid got sick and Rose from Housekeeping brought him a clear soup, tea and a hot concoction with lemon and honey. She refused any tip and called us every day when she came to work and went home to see how he was doing - Bless you.

No wifi, I mean come on 100 bucks a night and no wifi? Paid parking 14 dollars a day is a bit steep in my opinion. The 4 pillows on the King bed, needed at least four more to be sufficient as these were too soft and too small.
The reception at the front desk, the location in relation to Charlotte attractions, the bartender Angelina California was especially nice to my wife and I.
