Free parking Free wifi Friendly staff
It was walking distance to Bank of America stadium & plenty of bars & restaurants.
There was banging all night like someone was hammering very slowly.
We liked the location - we were able to walk to the stadium and to restaurants etc... Also if you don't want to walk the car service was a decent deal too at $8 + tip (within the city area). Also the staff were very friendly, although sometimes it seemed like there were not enough staff at the front to handle the phones and customers waiting at the desk. Also the beds were really comfortable.
They only left us with a half roll of TP and we ran out right away - sounds minor but it was annoying to have to call and get more and also a few more towels would have been nice without having to ask... Also the sink didn't drain properly which was gross so we had to call housekeeping for that too. Thought the parking was a bit expensive for self-park...
Location, comfort, and the staff were very helpful with surroundings.
Nice looking hotel in a nice location
Carpet could have been vaccumed a little better But it wasn't terrible. No microwave , but a fridge Cookies were not soft and delicious
Comfy bed, spacious room. Pretty clean.
Bathroom needs a little updating. There were a couple cracks in the floor, and the caulking around the tub was yellow. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Our kid got sick and Rose from Housekeeping brought him a clear soup, tea and a hot concoction with lemon and honey. She refused any tip and called us every day when she came to work and went home to see how he was doing - Bless you.
I have a back problem and the beds were not as comfortable as I wanted. The parking - at $14 per day is a bit pricey, but they did not charged it. The WIFI was a little slow at times.
The reception at the front desk, the location in relation to Charlotte attractions, the bartender Angelina California was especially nice to my wife and I.
No wifi, I mean come on 100 bucks a night and no wifi? Paid parking 14 dollars a day is a bit steep in my opinion. The 4 pillows on the King bed, needed at least four more to be sufficient as these were too soft and too small.
Staff very polite and professional.
Additional $ 9.90 for wifi does not improve the impression of this gerogrous facility.
The staff and facilities were wonderful.
I could not squeeze the conditioner and shampoo out of the bottles.
Left my phone charger at home and phone completely died. Front desk went out of their way to find an employees for me to borrow instead of just saying no they don't have one.
Location. Everything within walking distance.
The rooms were No different than a $50.00 room at a travelodge. Not worth 200.00 A Night.
The cookies were great love the hospitality.
Nothing I didn't like
I loved the style of the room, the comfort of the bed; I liked the location and very nice décor in entire building.
Wifi is not free, parking isn't free and breakfast is expensive. Would like more perks as a guest. I spent $350 for a two night stay
Value for money and staff were friendly and helpful
Very clean and nice staff
Everything is extra. Breakfast, internet in the room, bottled water, parking, you need to pay extra for everything, which makes the hotel much more expensive that what you think it is.
noise from train
Friendly staff, great location and nice rooms. Short walk to Panthers stadium which was why I was in Charlotte.
Wifi wasn't free, first place we'd stayed at so far on the trip where it wasn't. $10 a day for wifi is bit of a joke.
It was a fine property
I book with you through a service and chose it because of the reasonable price ($208.00 for two days plus tax). I arrive and discovered that was a $28.00 charge for parking, a $20.00 charge for wifi and $15/$20 a person for breakfast. I felt like I'd stepped into a "gotcha sucker".
Liked location in relation to bank america stadium. Staff were all awsome. Breakfast was excellent.
Didn't like that the only meal served in the restaurant/bar area was breakfast.
For some reason, they double charged me for one room and no one was able to take care of the problem for me (after numerous phone calls) until their accountant/controller came in at 3pm that afternoon, in the meantime, my account is missing $170.00! They don't know how to handle issues very well. They also charge you for everything! Nothing seems to be included like other hotels do - you don't even get a continental breakfast. I will never stay again!
