Parking for $50 USD not Included. Unfriendly Staff at font desk.
Location. Comfortable bed. Cleanliness.Friendliness of staff.
Stocked refrigerator and prices of drinks in it and the snacks. Would have prefered a plain refrig and microwave which I need for even extended stays. Felt sorry for the lobby bartender as he had to make drinks, serve them, take food orders and pick it up and serve, clean tables, pick up dirty plates, figure bills. You'd think the hotel could have afforded a waitress to help him.
Location, restaurant nice breakfast choices.
Bathroom appliances not in good condition. Shower handle not properly affixed, toilet water flow very poor.
Good location, close to all the shopping and nice restaurants
The staff and the beds were excellent.
The room itself needed to be updated, the amenities were lacking for a room costing 300 a night.
Room was ready even though i arrived early! Very friendly staff :-)
No HH benefits/ points when booking trough Booking.com! ( at least according to the receptionist) No shower-caps ( small but important) and no free water bottle...
That we had to pay an extra $50.00 per day for parking and wasn't made aware of this when booking.
Very nice place. Great location. Very comfortable beds.
If your not a member you have to pay for wifi. Didn't like that at all. Found an open 7 up can that was empty in the fridge. Really need to check to see if they charged me 4 dollars for it.
Worth every penny :)
location was great really nice rooms price fair bell boy really helpful for transpostation around the city
cleaning at odd hours really poor room service. the cleaning lady did not leave enough things in room had to be asking the front desk for things
Location Comfortable beds Free warm cookie at check in was a nice touch Concierge was helpful
Leaking window No kettle in the room and staff couldn't find one Bathtub blocked up Hotel staff and booking.com failed to communicate with each other to add a guest name to the room, despite 3 phone calls I made on the day of departure to resolve this. $10 for a fridge rental in the room - seriously? Will never stay there again
Perfect location on Michigan Ave. is easy walking to shopping, Millennium Park, public transportation, Art Institute, lakefront, and many restaurants. Professional staff. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Sufficient elevators for a crowded weekend. Nice linens on the beds.
It is time to replace the mattresses in the room we had. Other than that, everything was great.

Beds were great
We got to stay on the floor just below the top floor w amazing views all because we decided to wait a couple hours.. well worth the wait. Thanks you to all the staff who made our trip memorable.
I didn't like the parking fee, I think it was quite high.
The location was great.
We booked through booking.com at a certain price for two nights, and was told the price would be almost double when we showed up to check in. After that was sorted out, the cable kept cutting out preventing us from watching any college football on Saturday. The rooms were ok, but not overly clean.
Very central and good staff
Bathroom is too old looking. Air conditioning is noisy. Ceiling was a bit dirty.
The Wifi connection is really below par. I ended turn off the wifi. The checking-in staff at the counter didn't make us feel comfort.
Walking distance to shops, food and the beach.
Parking at the hotel is an additional $50 per night and I didn't see that mentioned in the site.
The location was great. The pool was nice and their were plenty of clean towels.
When we got there two bellman got into a some-what physical and definitely verbal altercation. The staff told us the room wasn't ready yet. We waited until 3 and we were told 3 was just when check in began, not guaranteed. We finally got our room at 5:45. The day was shot. Our stuff in storage all afternoon.
A bit crowded lobby Slow elevators No fridge
