Location, location, location. Staff is amazing, specially Michael (front desk). Cleanliness. This is the best hotel that I've ever stayed.

The elevators are a little bit slow - not a problem at all.

Pool and and info provided at help desk

No hot tub. No fridge. No microwave. Parking 50.00 a night. Hotel over priced no breakfast included. 4 registered in room only towels and face cloths for three. Asked housekeeping for another set of towels were told to front desk. We asked at front desk and we're told we would get some but they were never delivered. Also no safe in room.

We have stayed at a lot of hotels, all over the country, and I have to say this will always be our Chicago hotel! Greeted by Big Ben to help with our luggage, super nice and helpful! Then, you get soft warm cookies at check-in, and a clean, well designed room. Best of all, everything located in walking distance or a short taxi ride.

Cozy room, nice hotel in general. Location in the heart of the city, tho a bit far from the subway (approx.5-10 mins walk) makes your stay perfect for sightseeing.

Charging for minibar based on motion sensitive alarm, as well as some extra charge "for any occations" is ridiculous. Wifi in the room is $10/day, which is odd for modern standarts. I.e. pricing seems to be a bit over its value. Though in my case rates might have been higher than usual due to weekend & music festival.

The pool was excellent and in the summer provided a place to go out and cool off and get some sun. The pool is warm and the deck around it was really large and accommodated Guests

Outdoor pool is great and location is very convenient

Beds are old and not comfortable. Air conditioning system needs an upgrade, it sounds like a train is going through the room every time it comes on

Location is very good - room had decent view but room was too small for a family with children

Pride point high compared to other hotels in $180 - $230 range - tack on $45 parking and the value isn't there...

I liked that the location was in between Navy Pier and Mag Mile. The room was fair.

We paid extra for the lake view room..There is no real lakeview!! It's surrounded by taller buildings. Also thought it would be more of a suite...It's not. It's a very small room. i don't feel i got what I paid extra for.

We loved the size of the pool area.

Parking is way to expensive. Even though we loved the hotel and its location, we may look at hotels closer to the airport on our next visit.
