Great location! Really good value for the price.Easy walk to all of Chicago and cabs are readily available. Rooms are large and clean. Easy to stay there for a week without feeling like you need more space.

Buffet breakfast is practical but not exceptional. Only free Wi-Fi in main lobby and not in rooms. Staff is very friendly but concierge service is just okay so probably need to not rely on them for detailed itineraries. Everything else was great.

The hotel room is clean and spacious for solo traveler. Its price is the most competitive in Downtown Chicago. The location is great.

The hotel will charge you US$19.95 per day if you use Wi-Fi in your room. This is ridiculous for most business travelers. At night, you will clearly hear the noise next to your room and the path outside.

A fantastic hotel in a great location with very friendly and helpful staff.

The room and the bathroom (with excellent shampoo, soap and body lotion) were very clean, the king bed comfortable. The location is close to the city center attractions which can be reached by foot and to the best shops on the Michigan Av. The Hotel is also near the beautiful lake Michigan shore.

I didn't like the additional charge of 100 dollars "for incidentals" during the check in. The money will be back on my credit card in 45 days, not very quickly... We asked at the consierge desk about the chigago city bikes situated just across the ohio st in front of the Hotel. A madame told us that they were only for people residents in Chicago and suggested to reach a place for bike renting. Not true!!! You can use your credit card and rent your public Chicago bike!

Everything was excellent the room was very clean, the staff was very helpful and the location was excellent. We will stay there again when we visit Chicago in the future.

The location was very central to everything we wanted to do. We walked everywhere, at all hours.

There were no indoor pool facilities.

Warm cookie when we checked in was a nice touch. Nice hotel within walking distance to Michigan Ave (Magnificient Mile). Would be nice if they had free wifi in the guest rooms, rather than just in the hotel lobby.

I enjoyed your staff members sincerity and respectful manner in their approach and conversation. The customer service was delivered with excellence and high energy. We appreciated this most of all while staying at your hotel; it is very important to be welcomed and treated with kindness.

This is the best experience we have ever had at a hotel, starting with the cookies we recieved at the front desk when we checked in. The rooms were wonderful and the fact that they make the beds with sheets between the comforter is so clean, unlike the bedspreads other hotels use. Exellent service and friendly and helpful. We cannot express how good of an experience we had.

Good location and amenities.Good value.

Automically charging for things touched in the room service, even if they are not used (electronic touch control). It diminishes customer opinion of the hotel and also increases the checkout time, as customers get unused items deleted from their bills.
