DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport-Rosemont    

The hotel was very nice, as usual for Double Tree.

My hotel reservation was not on record from Booking.com at the hotel. Luckily, they had a room.

Central location to the convention center, easy to get to, Gibson's Rest, close to the Toby Keith Bar.

Room was getting "tired". Tile and wallpaper in bathroom needed repair. Hot tub had way too much chlorine in it and water level was low. Area around hot tub was filthy and rusty.

No one at the desk let me know anything about the hotel, garage or area when I ask. The gave me minimum information. I didn't know the actual cost of anything. I did not use my refrigerator but it was very dirty. I could not enjoy my stay cause I was to worried about using anything cause I didn't know cost. I even ask for info but again minimum information.

Very easy and safe for a women traveling alone. I just got off the plane and made my way to the Doubletree shuttle. Very easy.

I was in Watertower mall in Chicago. My wallet was stolen. Yes I have learned a lot. Never have many dollars in wallet. Never sign name on back of credit card, always sign: ask 4 id. Security and police were very kind. They got me to on the blue line. Doubletree shuttle got me to the hotel. I walked up to the front desk and told the male agent, I think Shane? He got me a Cookie. Saw that I had a glass of wine and an ice tea. The next day he had the police report waiting for me. Without police report, would have had a very hard time getting on plane. So I will always stay at the Doubletree. The service was far kinder then I could have expected. It was a very traumic experience having to deal w/ security and police. I had to watch a store video of a women using my credit card to purchase a $928.00 leather jacket from Coach. She was dragging bags from Macy'S. So by the time I reached the Doubletree, I needed some help. Thank all the staff at the Doubletree. Roxanne Mitchell

The rooms were much nicer and bigger than the hotels our other family members stayed at. A wonderful location, facility, and the staff was superly friendly!

That there wasn't a working refrigerator, and the air conditioning did not work very well during the day.

Close to airport, shuttle service, good restuarants, free coffee, big rooms, right price.

The shuttle service employee was not very friendly. All he said to us was 8:20...he looked like we were bothering him.

Friendly staff, convenience to conference center, large shower, large rooms. Wonderful buffet for breakfast. Very nice pool and workout area.

I didn't like the fridge setup. I would have preferred to have it empty and be able to stock it myself.

internet is charged, per device and it was actually kind of expensive. everything else was good.

Customer service was great. Including the lounge staff and food was terrific.

The only suggestion I have is, in the elevators, there is a weather report which is great. If it was in color it would be more visible to the eye.

It was a convenient place to spend a night before a morning flight from O'Hare. The staff was friendly and the business center provided everything I needed for the business part of my trip.

My husband and I are vegetarians, and we didn't find very good meal options in the area.

Close to airport and dining options. Upscale hotel. Well maintained. Excellent value.

Parking costs $13 dollars. Internet access also $13 dollars. Should be included in cost of the stay.

Huge room and bathroom, and comfortable bed. Good service at breakfast.

No apparent way of calling for the shuttle from the airport. Long walk from metro, in the absence of a shuttle. Vast lobby. Slow attention from front desk staff. WiFi had to be paid for. Unexciting restaurant.

I liked the location, the room was spacious and clean. I was on 7 so it was nice and quiet.

Paint was peeling in the bathroom shower stall. I asked for more towels and shampoo to be sent up, but no one came so I had to go down to the lobby and get my own. The bed was very lumpy and we didn't get a good nights sleep at all.
