The bathroom was amazingly large, bed was wonderful, a fridge! And the Cookies! So good.

The fact you needed to have to pay for WIFI
I like the fact it's in walking distance to bars and hotels. Me and my friends can go have a great time without worrying how we will get back to hotel.
Only found one thing I disliked and that's the paying to park.
Bed was comfortable and the valet was very helpful.
I was overcharged and the staff did not care. Needed to get Bookings.com on the phone and they got it taken care of.
No internet in the room No cable in the room
the room was stocked well with amenities and the shower was great.
ac unit never worked. we used the window to regulate temp. bloody stained towels and there was way to much furniture in the room. crib made it really tight. not much room to move around.
The swimming pool, the breakfast, the proximity to O'Hare. The hotel room was very quiet, spacious, clean. The walk-in shower was fantastic. The staff were very for the most part friendly, and Anna, the manager, was helpful in a difficult situation. Gibson's Steakhouse was phenomenal!!!
During our stay, we had a back-up of water in the toilet which flooded the rooms carpeting at the door. The reaction time of the housekeepers was miserable:we had to change rooms! None of the cleaning ladies spoke more than a few words of english.Not acceptable, at all!

Parking hard to navigate - how to enter hotel from parking garage. was told parking would be $13 for 24 hrs. When I checked out of parking garage, my charges were $26. Hotel staff assured me that they would take care of it and I would be charged only $13. How disappointing when I received my credit card bill with a charge of $39 for parking!! Very upset with the dishonesty and over charge!!!

High parking fees
The location close to the airport, the spacious room, the quietness of the surrounding despite the airport proximity.
The night staff being not as friendly as expected, and the check-in and check- out processes a little difficult. Prior to arrival, since we had a huge delay with our flight, I called the hotel to make sure we could check-in after midnight as their schedule showed a 11 PM deadline.I never got the answer to my question, so we took the chance.We got there at 1:00 Am and we were not alone, an airplane crew was checking in as well and one of the member had an argument with the staff member I do not know what it was about but I was worried as the guy left the hotel obviously upset. We checked-in however, despite the late hour but were asked to give a $50 deposit for "room service" that was obviously not possible to get at 1:00 Am. I provided the clerk with another credit card than the one we used to book the hotel.When we checked out the following morning, I ask the clerk about the deposit, she answered oddly that she did not know about it.Then she charged the wrong credit card for the room.I insisted that she cancelled that charge and used the credit card that was on their system, and give us a detailed bill showing that a deposit was refunded but she was not able to do it and had to re-print three time the bill to show the final charge withdrawn on the right credit card we used to book the room. I hope we won't have any bad surprise later on.
Close to the airport. We had a problem with the shuttle driver, and the manager did an outstanding job to rectify the problem. She was wonderful

On my first visit, my booking was missing, though not the hotel's fault. I had to sort it out myself, despite arriving after a long flight from the UK. Staff did not seem all that interested, though I was allowed to use the business centre to access my Booking.Com account. I had to phone Booking.com and only when I told reception staff that I didn't have a cell phone, did they offer the use of the hotel phone. Why do they charge extra for wifi.

The pillows are terrible. Should've asked for more pillows.
Was warmly welcomed by the front desk with a friendly smile and really enjoyed the warm cookie on my way up to my room.
