The hotel staff were amazing!! Everyone was so nice and helpful. The free shuttle was an awesome bonus, we never waited more than 5 minutes for pick up. The hotel and our room were very clean. They have a restaurant and Starbucks in the hotel, we had the breakfast buffet one morning and it had homemade omelets, bagels, toast, eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, fresh fruit, muffins, etc, well worth the money! The location was great, almost everything we had planned was within walking distance. We will definitely be staying here again this winter when he visit for a basketball game.
the elevator was being worked on while we were there and was very slow but everything else was excellent so we didn't mind too much :)
For the most part, the staff members were extremely nice and helpful. Also, The location is pretty decent as well as the parking.
The supervisor was rude and gave us a different room than what we booked without telling us. We are currently waiting on a response from the hotel in regards to this matter.
Shuttle was great
Starbucks in the Lobby. Cookies at arrival.
They could clean the windows, our was coverd with spiders, from the outside.
Great breakfasts in the hotel restaurant!
A little mix up with the room bookings as I believe the hotel overbooked. This was resolved in the end but it was initially upsetting.
Really appreciated the validated parking in the adjoining parking garage. easy in/out from hotel lobby ! Appreciated the shuttle service to Tower City.
Wished shuttle would run later - ie: after Browns.Rams game.
Beds were comfortable.
One of the lamps didn't work, we did not have a do not disturb sign, the room was very noisy, the elevators weren't working well. Would have to wait and wait and one time it stopped on every floor although no one was on the floor.
Great location. And if you're not into walking, they also have a shuttle service for places within one mil.
Close to the rock and roll hall of fame. the front desk staff were great. I likes the cookie at check in
Elevators were being repaired so it took me 35 minutes to get a coffee from the starbucks in the lobby and return to the 15th floor
Friendly shuttle driver took us to downtown area. Reasonably priced.
Wish shuttles ran longer....long wait for elevators.
Location and beds
Room service was horrible, elevators, valet, staff response, smelly room, icky carpeting, small bathroom.
Easy access to hall of fame. Good breakfast buffet.
Elevators, one lane parking.
The pool, our bed in room was comfortable as well
We ordered breakfast to our room, banana and toast were fine but he hated his bacon and eggs and didn't eat it
Excellent location - walking distance from downtown, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and restaurants.
Double queen room is too small for 2 adults and 2 teens.
Very friendly staff, you get cookies during check-in and check-out! :) The parking lot is right next to the hotel, and the hotel is clean. Good hotel location for city center tours.
Nothing in particular.
Close to city center and attractions such as the Rock n Roll H.F. Great Lakes science museum and all stadiums. Hotel shuttle service made our visit more enjoyable. Staff were excellent.
Older hotel could use some upgrading but is clean. Taxes for hotel rooms were about $25 /day and we were not aware of this added expense.
not much happening around area
I was greeted by a younger lady who for the most part was generous but then I stated that I didn't want charges on my card because my boyfriend and I wanted to pay in cash. This immediately confused her and she had to go get her manager. The manager on duty was completely rude. She did not even greet us or let us explain why she was going it. She kept a sour look on her face like she was upset that we were taking her time away and just continued to type away on the computer. The only "nice" thing she did was offer us cookies which is what they're supposed to be doing anyway. On top of that parking and incidentals took our charge way above what we were told we would be paying. She then assured us that we would be getting this money back so we went along with it. As we were checking out the next morning we experienced the same problem. The lady greeted us and asked how our stay was and then told me I would be getting only 5 dollars back. When I went to question this and explain that that's not what we were told, she immediately gave me attitude and explained that she was only going to be giving us 5 dollars back and to "have a great day." I have been traveling my whole life and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. The rooms weren't that nice and the elevators felt like they were going to fall every time you stepped on. They also put us on the 14th floor which seemed abandoned. I don't think we had one other customer on our floor. In the room there was something that looked like mold growing on our pillow. I'm pretty sure it was the burnt tag but that's not what it looks like in the dark and I would definitely not put it on a bed where the customers can see. Since I am a Cleveland native and I know a lot of people in this city and the suburbs, I will be making sure that none of us will be returning to this hotel.
Elevators (due to renovation)
they welcome you with warm chocolate chip cookies!
Good location, comfortable and clean rooms
Construction caused some problems which is acceptable but the rudeness and poor quality of service at the front desk was not. Rooms were not ready on time and we were basically just told to deal with it
Very nice hotel. Great front desk staff.
Elevators took forever (20 min on average) and was challenging with small children.
The room was wonderful, with comfortable beds and a fridge.
The elevators were being repaired, but we understood that this needed to be done. Not enough staff at check-out.
Very poor choice of restaurants in the immediate area, inaccessibility of lakefront, high price of room, high taxes, additional charge for parking.
