In the heart of downtown Cleveland, only a short stroll from many popular sites, this hotel provides guests with many modern amenities as well as comfortable accommodations and friendly service.
Score from 286 reviews Excellent
This Cleveland hotel offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with plush bedding along with a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a work desk. Quicken Loans Arena and Progressive Field are a 10 minute walk...
Score from 178 reviews Excellent

Score from 183 reviews Very good
Located on Cleveland Clinic’s Medical Campus, this hotel is 4.5 miles from downtown Cleveland and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It features 2 restaurants and rooms with a flat-screen TV.
Score from 88 reviews Excellent
Older hotel and a little pricey. With this location you have to drive to shopping and great restaurants - 15 miles away!
Very convenient to convention center. Staff was exceptiona! Rooms were clean and beds were extremely comfortable! And of course...the amazing chocolate chip cookies!
breakfast is over priced for the quality. when we went to grab a plate for food they were all disgusting and dirty, we had to ask for clean plates. the kitchen service is extremely slow, we waited 30 minutes for one plate of wings at the bar.
the bed was amazing, shower/bathroom clean and fully stocked with towels. great view and a nice television to relax.
The hotel needs to put some money into updates.
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They ended up giving us free parking and there is a shuttle to take you to local sights, which is also free. I liked how close the hotel is to the lake and highway....also close to places we wanted to go. We could have walked of we wanted to.
Hear the sound of the train sometime night
Everything I like stuff always smile. From A to Z
Free shuttle because there do not seem to be any cabs in Cleveland
No bad experience-- just would suggest they clean the whirlpool filter overnight so that it is ready to open when the pool opens at 6am, instead of customers waiting until late afternoon before it is cleaned and heated up to temp.
The staff was very accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. The front desk staff was able to take care of every one of our requests in a timely and pleasant manner. The room was clean and cozy.
Hotel was quiet.
The Stadium restaurant was terrible overpriced food, the waitress did not answer our menu questions and she stood over us when she brought the bill and watched us fill out our credit slip, no offer to remove 2 of our dinners. The hotel said they would reimburse us but I only see the charge on my account no reimbursement
The staff was very nice and accomodating
Window looking out was filthy rm 819. 18 dollars to park where your paying 179 a night is rediculas,
they advertise smoking rooms when they have none...they need to update this!!
They told us they had 2 people call in sick and therefore could not open the restaurant. ?? Everyone had to go to the bar to eat. Food was mediocre at best and there were only 2 staff to look after the entire place.
Staff very nice. 2 ladies working the bar were amazing.
I found that the staff could have been more helpful. Ie.... No one told us there was a free shuttle! We only found out by overhearing another guest talk about it. We paid for parking and then paid for a taxi to take us downtown:( We had to call and ask how to get on the WiFi and the woman on the phone spoke so fast and then quickly hung up. We then had to walk down to the front desk and have them show us how! Our room didn't have "do not disturb" door hangers. When housekeeping knocked on the door in the morning, we asked her to come back and they nerve did. No clean towles, and no made bed. Our room keys stopped working twice when we were there, and to top off our stay, when we checked out they never told us to keep a room key to exit the parking garage. So we had to go back in and have them give us one :( Your hotel is beautiful, unfortunately your staff is a bit lacking in the customer service department.
The hotel was nice, the staff in the bar were very nice and helpfull. The beds were comfortable and the pool and spa area was nice.
Arrived-Elevator had a very bad odder (wet dog) Day 1- AC and Frig sounded like they were on their last leg. Unpleasant sounds from both Day 1- Had to notify front desk of standing water in shower and toilet constantly flushing, the old jiggle the handle thing. Day-1 Returned to no work order or notification the issue was fixed, but we did return to our hotel door left unsecured and the shower and toilet issues not resolved. -Had reservations so we decided to notify front desk in the morning. Morning Day 2- Room was cleaned, well the bed was made the night before but the same (used) coffee packs were left in the coffee maker and trash can still full. Check-Out-I was going to notify the front desk of our on-going issues when asked how our stay was, instead she process the my credit card and said thanks. I just took that as never stay at this Doubletree again.......and this wasn't a cheap room for the weekend!
The hotel bar and restaurant staff were very pleasant and attentive, very reasonable prices and delicious food. The bed was clean and comfortable. the location is a block away from the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame.
Not enough choices of language on TV programs. Shuttle to return pickups a bit messy.
Staff. Room. Tv Channels. Food.
Ease of access to event attended . the shuttle was a real plus! stadium restsurant was excellent.
The heater kicked on and off all night long every few minutes. No breakfast.
Staff heated up our leftovers and we're friendly and accomdating.
Pool heater was broke, no pool all weekend. Kids were not happy. Outlets were worn would barely hold a plug. Fridge was a little beat up.
Shuttle service Staff friendly helpful
The pool was out of order and this trip was for my daughter. The reason we even booked this hotel was for the pool! I had a very sad 6 yr old!
Could not get the wifi to work. Certainly NOT a deal breaker.
The place was great. Keep up the shuttle service!!!!!
Parking should be covered with the cost of the room.
Cost of parking most hotels have free parking I thought Parkin coat was a little high
Rooms very clean, beds comfortable. Staff more than friendly and helpful
Loved the fact that this hotel was only a short walk to the Cleveland Browns stadium!!!
Friendly staff when checking in. The free shuttle
I will never stay at this hotel again. It is located near the lake and we had a view of that from our room. In addition to that.....there is also a small landing strip/airfield near the lake for small aircraft and helicopters that I heard taking off frequently. There is also a railway system near the airfield and the railway cars run at night. My husband and I had returned to our room at 11:30pm and as soon as I was getting into bed I heard a train. Then every 20-30 minutes I heard trains until I was finally able to fall asleep around 2:30am! I'm a very light sleeper and throughout the early morning hours I could still hear the trains. We also visited the bar/lounge area before heading up to our room. The hours of the dining room were not available to our schedule so we did not dine in the restaurant in the hotel. There was a Starbucks in the hotel but it was very small and only two people were working the morning we were leaving the hotel. There is not ample seating for the amount of people that were waiting in line. And the food selection wasn't particularly to my liking. I also do not drink Starbucks coffee as I find it too strong. My husband had a pizza in the lounge on saturday night when we returned to the hotel after being out around town. I had a piece and thought it wasn't that good. Lastly.....we had planned on going to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and I inquired about tickets from the young lady at the front desk, as there is a big poster display saying that we could have purchased tickets at the hotel. The young lady discouraged us from doing that as she said "we don't offer discounts that the Hall of Fame does". I found it odd that you have an advertisement promoting the establishment but are discouraged from purchasing tickets through your hotel staff.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Friendly, helpful staff Walking distance to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame
