Rooms very clean, beds comfortable. Staff more than friendly and helpful
Cost of parking most hotels have free parking I thought Parkin coat was a little high
Loved the fact that this hotel was only a short walk to the Cleveland Browns stadium!!!
Friendly staff when checking in. The free shuttle
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Friendly, helpful staff Walking distance to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame
I will never stay at this hotel again. It is located near the lake and we had a view of that from our room. In addition to that.....there is also a small landing strip/airfield near the lake for small aircraft and helicopters that I heard taking off frequently. There is also a railway system near the airfield and the railway cars run at night. My husband and I had returned to our room at 11:30pm and as soon as I was getting into bed I heard a train. Then every 20-30 minutes I heard trains until I was finally able to fall asleep around 2:30am! I'm a very light sleeper and throughout the early morning hours I could still hear the trains. We also visited the bar/lounge area before heading up to our room. The hours of the dining room were not available to our schedule so we did not dine in the restaurant in the hotel. There was a Starbucks in the hotel but it was very small and only two people were working the morning we were leaving the hotel. There is not ample seating for the amount of people that were waiting in line. And the food selection wasn't particularly to my liking. I also do not drink Starbucks coffee as I find it too strong. My husband had a pizza in the lounge on saturday night when we returned to the hotel after being out around town. I had a piece and thought it wasn't that good. Lastly.....we had planned on going to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and I inquired about tickets from the young lady at the front desk, as there is a big poster display saying that we could have purchased tickets at the hotel. The young lady discouraged us from doing that as she said "we don't offer discounts that the Hall of Fame does". I found it odd that you have an advertisement promoting the establishment but are discouraged from purchasing tickets through your hotel staff.
Not much to like here. If you can't afford the more expensive places - this will do - but it's dark, dingy, dirty, the windows aren't washed, there is no view of anything, the staff was rude and the rooms smelled like smoke.
Physical location of Hotel in proximity to the area of town I needed to be in.
The deluge of Cleveland Browns fans that literally over-ran the hotel & the restaurant/bar. Way too obnoxious & loud. Not necessarily a reflection on the hotel; more disapointed w/ the clientel they allowed into this hotel that particular day.
I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. Everyone seemed to go out of their way to assist us in any way. I also enjoyed the executive lounge. the food and drink were tasty and a good variety was provided. Found the food in the executive lounge better than the restaurant on the first floor
Nothing that i can think of.
The hotel was close to the browns stadium and the rock and roll hall of fame, the staff was beyond friendly and helpful and the room looked very well decorated.
The website said the pool was opening the day before our stay but it was still under renovations without notification. We picked this hotel specifically because of the pool and was very upset there was no update what so ever. They were offering shuttle Service to another hotel to swim but only after we asked what the hours were for the pool. We had a 15 month old and it was to cold for her to be outside with wet hair. The parking was $18 in their own parking lot when acrossed the street it was only $7 which is a ripoff especially after paying $170 for the room!
Front desk was fantastic. Restaurant staff was very courteous.
The food - all was pretty lousy.
Staff was friendly Cookies! Was lucky enough to find a parking space that was free on the weekend
-Could not access the pool due to tile work. This was not mentioned at the time of booking the hotel -Not close to the Quicken Loans area where we went to watch a basketball game (long walk in the rain)
All generally good
Lifts didnt work well.
Friendly employees from desk clerk to the cleaning staff
Proximity to Rock Hall of Fame
The hotel staff were amazing!! Everyone was so nice and helpful. The free shuttle was an awesome bonus, we never waited more than 5 minutes for pick up. The hotel and our room were very clean. They have a restaurant and Starbucks in the hotel, we had the breakfast buffet one morning and it had homemade omelets, bagels, toast, eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, fresh fruit, muffins, etc, well worth the money! The location was great, almost everything we had planned was within walking distance. We will definitely be staying here again this winter when he visit for a basketball game.
the elevator was being worked on while we were there and was very slow but everything else was excellent so we didn't mind too much :)
For the most part, the staff members were extremely nice and helpful. Also, The location is pretty decent as well as the parking.
The supervisor was rude and gave us a different room than what we booked without telling us. We are currently waiting on a response from the hotel in regards to this matter.
Shuttle was great
Starbucks in the Lobby. Cookies at arrival.
They could clean the windows, our was coverd with spiders, from the outside.
Bar and Grille downstairs with a Starbucks. Walking distance to First Energy Stadium and local hot spots. Staff at desk was helpful and very polite.
Reasonable price just remember parking, taxes, and one additional fee get added to your booking.com total when you arrive.
Great breakfasts in the hotel restaurant!
A little mix up with the room bookings as I believe the hotel overbooked. This was resolved in the end but it was initially upsetting.
Really appreciated the validated parking in the adjoining parking garage. easy in/out from hotel lobby ! Appreciated the shuttle service to Tower City.
Wished shuttle would run later - ie: after Browns.Rams game.
Beds were comfortable.
One of the lamps didn't work, we did not have a do not disturb sign, the room was very noisy, the elevators weren't working well. Would have to wait and wait and one time it stopped on every floor although no one was on the floor.
Great location. And if you're not into walking, they also have a shuttle service for places within one mil.
Close to the rock and roll hall of fame. the front desk staff were great. I likes the cookie at check in
Elevators were being repaired so it took me 35 minutes to get a coffee from the starbucks in the lobby and return to the 15th floor
Friendly shuttle driver took us to downtown area. Reasonably priced.
Wish shuttles ran longer....long wait for elevators.
Location and beds
Room service was horrible, elevators, valet, staff response, smelly room, icky carpeting, small bathroom.
