I liked the shuttle service to and from the airport and downtown and the fact that it was close to the train service. (also the great chocolate chip cookies!) I did not like that very early in the morning, you could hear conversations taking place outside. I never understood if it was right outside the hotel, which seemed quite odd since we were on the sixth floor, or on some sort of balconies or open windows. |

The friendliness and helpfullness of the staff! The possibility of printing out documents from the hotel printer, and the internet in the lobby. The room is really cosy. The brekfast of course can not be called decent (it is just bying some food in a kitchen), but as it is not included you should be aware of it. Rather go to some cafe. |

it was less than 5 minutes walk from a train into the city, and a few minutes on the train, therefore it was very convenient but less expensive than more central locations to stay. Train tickets were very inexpensive and very flexible. |

The price was fair enough. It is close to the station. Nice lobby. Large comfortable room. Good elevators. Breakfast - not included - very poor choice. Filthy bath tub and a curtain. Quite far from the city's historical parts. |

We chose the hotel because it was near to the airport and had a shuttle bus.Very welcome after a long flight. The room was very comfortable and clean. The cafe was adequate for our needs. I suspect we will stay here again. There was no restaurant in the hotel or nearby, which was not a problem for us this time, but could be at another time. |

Het was een heerlijk hotel, goede kamer, koffie thee op de kamer en schoon We waren niet zo tevreden over het adres, er zijn meerdere Mount Vernon Avenues in Boston, waardoor, we behoorlijk hebben moeten zoeken, het was niet duidelijk welke Mnt Vernon bedoelt werd. En na een telefoontje kon de met een sterk Spaanse accent (slecht Engels sprekende receptioniste) ons ook de route niet duidelijk vertellen.Verder waren de kamers lawaaiig, je kon de telefoongesprekken van anderen horen en gesprekken volgen. |

Excelente relación calidad/precio. Destacaría, sobre todo, el trato del personal, la limpieza y comodidad y la tranquilidad. Desde luego, si vuelvo a Boston, me alojaré de nuevo en él. Por apuntar algo, se encuentra alejado del centro, aunque con una estación del metro muy cerca. En 10 minutos estabas en la ciudad. Por otro lado, eso redunda en la tranquilidad. |
