Rooms were small but comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
We were there right after the Feb snow storms. It would have been nice to have had a restaurant available for dinner vs. a cafe with a only a limited breakfast and lunch menu.

The room was beautiful and Staff were nice. The hotel was clean,but the lamps were dusty. I enjoyed my stay.
I was charged more the I was expecting. My receipt says 113.00 but my bank statement says 138.00.
The room, the staff, the Shuttle service to the airport. The hotel may be in South Boston but it's across the road from JFK/UMass station which is only a few stops from Park Street (and everything goes through Park Street!). A Boston bonus.
The customer service was great.
When I had asked for guest parking the front desk told me that it was free until my guest left and was told they had to pay. Talked to the front desk the next morning and fixed my issue. Needs to educate their night staff because she was rude.
Location and employees was so polite with us.
But the bathroom was dirty, under the sink I found waste that should be the last guest.

When we arrived at the airport on a late flight we had a miscommunication with the shuttle service and our initial perception was not excellent. However the amazing young lady at our check-in and the rest of the staff made our stay one of the best we have experienced. We will choose Double Tree again.

I thought the customer service was awesome the night we arrived, but it was terrible the morning we left!
I guess with the prices that's charged for staying a single night at the hotel, why would you charged your guest for parking? That is ridiculous and if you just necessarily need the money, atleast let the customer know before checking out.
We had a one night layover and this place was perfect! Free airport transfer, wifi, cookie and coffee maker make it a great value. Had pizza and salad in the cafe, both very good. Location was 15 min. from airport, but it didn't matter. Free shuttle and super nice drivers. In the same situation, I would stay again.
I've stayed at many hotels in Hyannis. This is my favorite for comfort and convenience.
New hotel, rooms nice.
They lied and gave an address that didn't exist in the wrong city in order to get customers. They are not in Boston.
The room was a good size and pretty clean - not the most modern place, but very acceptable.
Cost of parking - this is not a hotel very near to the city centre, so I though the price was a little steep. Other facilities not great (café, leisure facilities).
