everything is great!! the staff is very friendly and helpful. the cookie is the best!!!love it!!!! it makes me feel like in home. and we lost our one room card when we check out, they didn't charge for that. I will definitely come back!
only it doesn't have parking lot, but they does have valid parking, we give our key to the staff, and they can help us to park.
The staff was great from check in to check out. Loved the cookies we were given upon checking in. The room was beautiful & spacious, as well as clean. The on demand cable was a great way to keep up on shows at the end of the evening.
The pillows weren't the greatest, & the water pressure in the shower could have been better. Also the neighboring room was a bit raucous late in the evening.
The shuttle service was great! And there's a welcome cookie for every guest!
Overall we enjoyed our stay. My fiancé appreciated the van service after a long drive from NYC. My son and mother loved the beds and pillows. The restaurant was a hit for them as well. I'd recommend this hotel to all my friends and family to stay if and when they visit Buffalo.
There's wasn't anything that I didn't like.
A downtown central location without all the noise. My room was clean, quiet and spacious and I thoroughly enjoyed my warm chocolate chip cookie I received on my arrival. Check-in was quick and the front desk staff was pleasant, welcoming and helpful to make my stay memorable. (Note-this is 4:00 on Friday of a holiday weekend with several big downtown events happening over the weekend.) The food in the restaurant was delicious and the wait staff was very friendly. The hotel also has a shuttle available.
There was nothing I did not like. It was a positive Hilton experience.
good room, good facilities,
Once upon checked in, they handed us two warmed chocolate nuts cookies. It was very delicious and heartwarming!
The noise of the neighbor room's TV was audible until midnight.
The customer service was exceptional
Valet parking was very convenient Very comfortable bed Room was spacious, especially with small baby Room Service was Great 5am departure, car was ready to go!
Nice clean place. Randy was excellent.
Valet parking. Bathroom was huge
They charged my card an addition $50. They held a $100 for incidentals for 7 to 10 days. The $50 they said had nothing to do with the hotel that was from booking. Com. I booked double beds receive a king then was told no doubles were available. Had to sleep on the sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. That was also booking .com fault so theu said.
Handy and efficient valet parking service
Breakfast not included
Conveniently located, very friendly staff. Fabulous food.
The signage on the front of the building made it difficult to find (I had to call from a block away...). The construction on the hospital made travel around the immediate area difficult, but that isn't the hotel's fault and only temporary.
I like that the hotel gave free rides in town to places Luke the bus station for us to go to the Niagara falls for instance , and then would b picking u up when ready to come back.
The bed was very comfortable and the tv line-up and movie guide was a good unexpected amenity. The room comes with a convenient refrigerator and coffee maker readily set to get you going in the morning.
The hotel does not have its own parking lot, so you have to either leave it on the streets (park meters starts charging at 8 A.M.!) or park in a private parking lot about a block away from the hotel. The location of the hotel is next to a hospital, but surrounded by a ghetto like neighborhood.
great staff - especially Wanda who went the extra mile and was so warm and helpful
the shuttle service was great
the additional cost of offsite parking
