That I didn't stay for very long.

Terrible place. They had an "adult/sex" event that was scheduled, unbeknownst to me, which was not privatized, all families were subject to this. This took up much of the lobby and the entire pool (which was closed to guests!!!). They also had t-shirts and other goods for sale in the lobby for said event. The merchandise had vulgar words and pictures, that spoke about genitalia for all to see. Luckily, my 3 y/o son does not read very much yet, but I felt sorry for the other families staying there with older children and their faces showed the disgust. There was mold everywhere in the bathroom, the tiles along the hallway were duct taped, but not to dry as if they were fixing it, they were just duct taped together. Ice machines did not work on 3 floors, but I probably didn't want the ice there anyway. The following day, during the event, there were people in the parking lot with blaring bass on their radios that you could hear on the 5th floor clearly. The music was all cussing and boom. When I called the front desk, they were rude to me as if I was dumb for asking them to fix the situation. Please do not go there, for your own sake.

Staff at front desk was helpful and friendly. Clean sheets and towels daily.

Crowded and only one elevator. Most times had to take the stairs to & from 7th floor. Continental breakfast poorly organized and chaotic.

Location, location, location!!! It's a five minute drive to Downtown Disney and about 10 to the Magic Kingdom.

Continental breakfast was horrible, lacked more food...Very austere, no warm food like eggs or bacon or waffles...only bagels, cereal, donuts. Very disappointing!

The decor is a little tried and old fashioned. Room needed a repainting, bathroom needs updating. However I didn't expect the rizt as I know the area well and was interested in location as spend only one night in the area and spent most of or time in the parks. probably wouldn't choose to book there again as there is lots of choice in the area. Wouldn't recommend for more than one or two nights. Would like it for a 2 week vacation for example.

The staff is good,price is good,location is excellent.

Every morning around 8AM,the housekeeper will knock my door,that's too bad. We stay there two days,they only give us one day's shampoo,that's horrible.

Its very close to downtown disney(1mi) and the price was great close to all of the eatery

Hotel need to be updated and need some renovation done. The shuttles need to run more othen and need more buses to many ppl are trying to pack on the buses b/c some shuttle only run two time a day so you will be stuck at the park from 10a until 6p at least and the free breakfest they could have keep but over all for the price the hotel was okay!

Elevators didn't work half the time. Carpet smelled like wet dog. Koolaid stains on comforter. Refrigerator did not get cold.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, however I found the complimentrey breakfast had a lot to desire. The rooms were nice. It was close to where I needed to be the next day.

The room was large, clean and comfortable; no evidence of bed bugs which are the nemisis of travelers now.

The noise from other travelers was disturbing until late evening. Also the hallways smelled musty and old. Breakfast was not "hot" as described in information. Only white toast, bagels, pastries, cereal and beverages were available. We chose to eat at a local restaurant which increased our cost. I would choose other lodging that offered more breakfast choices next time since we ended up paying more anyway and really did not rest well with all the noise.

We liked: complimentary shuttle service to Walt Disney World, breakfast, location, pool.

I think the staff tried hard to please, however, the facility is so old and out of date, it badly needs improvement. The bedding looked clean, likewise the carpeting. But, the tile in the bathroom was really bad and the furnishings, etc. needs replacement. Apparently the staff tried to improve the smell of the hotel and a citrus spray through out the hotel was overwhelming. The only thing it really had going for it is the location and for a New Year's eve night the price was right.
