“ A very nice hotel in a good location,approx 12 miles from the AF Academy. The room was a very nice size, it was clean and well decorated and I loved the warm cookie I was given at check-in! The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a log and there was plenty of counter space in the bathroom. ”

Rocky was very helpful and enjoyable to visit with. Check in was slow and poor. I understand you put a lot of value on your cookies. If it hadn't been for my mom telling me that I'd have never known.

Very friendly and accommodating staff The outside door to get in the building was supposed to open with a key, but was broken, so anyone could enter the facility.

The staff were attentive and friendly. The location was good for our needs. I especially liked the locaiton with regard to convenience for other things; i.e., restaurants, entertainment, selected shopping needs. The geese in the parking lot were pretty cool, too! I did not have an extended stay, so I found nothing that I didn't like.

The location The carpets in the halls and in the room were dirty and smell badly. There were ducks around the building and people stepped their feces and entered in the room with them. The furniture in the room could be better. The hotel needs to be remodeled.

Not too expensive and clean Pool was creatively photographed- it is not outdoors and is in poor repair- there was even a light that was floating unattached and a drain in the floor nearby that was not working that simply had a sign posted on top saying "wet floor". The shower in the room first appeared to be very drippy, then was just a case of very weird plumbing- you have to pull the handle away from the wall to be any water.

Beds were comfortable, cleaning staff very friendly and did a good job. Breakfast was very expensive and not that great. Which is a big deal, so many hotels provide a free breakfast that it added between sixty to ninety dollars to the price of a night's stay. We mostly at breakfast elsewhere but we probably will stay somewhere that provides breakfast, like the Academy Inn, next time. Also the toilets in both rooms were low flow and didn't work well. We were constantly flushing again and again.....
