It is a small thing, but it appears that the outside of the windows have not been cleaned in a long time.
The room was comfortable. Wifi is always appreciated.
One, slow elevator
This Doubletree is a great stop over on the long trip from NY to Florida.
the staff was at the door at 0900 am to clean and we were not checking out on that day, so woke us up for no reason, not good
location is good
Wife and I are both handicapped. Had to park at rear of building. My wife waited at front desk while I found a parking place. If I had actually knew the location of our room we both could have parked at back and used the service elevator. I had to walk to the front and get bags and wife and could hardly breath. I should have been told about the parking in rear and the service elevator. Partly my fault for not requesting this info. Will know better next time.
Everything was great with the exception of what I have listed in what I didn't like.
The Ice machine did not work on our floor. We had to come down because our programmed keys did not work after we checked in
I don't like the shower head which is fixed to the wall. After the room cleaning, I couldn't find a shampoo. The wifi connection was weak. A staff didn't give me enough information kindly about a one day sightseeing at the downtown.
Some of the staffs were very friendly and kind.
Food was too salty.
Staff, cleanliness, facilities, convenience to highway.
4 people were booked in the room 2 weeks before arriving and we only had 3 towels and 2 paper mugs and one glass. Bathtub needed some caulking work.
Location was good when traveling I95 When our toilet broke front desk asked if we wanted to move to another room.
elevator stopped working while on it
Dirty carpets. Broken handle at shower. Noisy and dated A/C.
Well located, next to I-95. Free wifi and comfortable beds.
Price gouging for US Open. Staff somewhat aloof.
Doubletree is always pretty good.
Housekeeping a bit needy - had to leave a note to request clean glasses but got them every day thereafter.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was super next to I-95. Beds were amazingly comfortable.
Everything, no problems what so ever.
Nothing, absolutely nothing! Everything was great! Can't wait to stay again!
This is my second stay at Fayetteville and I must say it was enjoyable both times. Love the staff and the atmosphere! Thanks for your dedication to your guests!
It was a bit crowded when it came to parking and the Wi-Fi wasn't easy to connect to it.
I liked the cleanliness and the courteous staff.
I did not like the fact that I was very clearly given wrong information by a person on the front desk and then was charged $120.00 in case of any incidentals, which I had none! I was told that the $120.00 charge was for any incidentals or in case any damage was done to the room. I am seventy-one (71) years old and do not believe I appeared to look like I would do any damage to a hotel room! I am contacting Hilton Worldwide regarding this...... I have traveled worldwide and have never had anything like this happen to me. I attended a Memorial Service for a relative who had passed away in Orlando, Florida, and after the service ended on Saturday evening I informed the front desk that I would need to leave early on Sunday morning and was told that I would need to contact Booking.com to request a refund of the third night stay as they had no control over the reservation since it was made by Booking.com. When I called Booking.com and spoke with someone, that person contacted Double Tree by Hilton and came back on the phone and told me who to speak with at Double Tree by Hilton and call them back again. I spent over an hour back and forth and holding long periods of time for a resolution. The hotel was very nice and the personnel were very kind except for the above deception!
Staff very friendly, attenative, and helpful.
The hotel personnel was excellent the cookies were great
signage of Doubletree was not as visible (too grey) from the road. I had to pass it and then call the front desk to get exact location. All the other hotels are very identifiable on that road.
the service was wonderful and the staff was friendlier than at other hotels in my experience. Great grits and cheese! The buffet breakfast was very neat and clean.
The hotel personel was excellent the cookies were great
