near to southern point.. we just stayed one night there.. hotel was quite ok.. free parking...nice room with two big beds. good price expect of the tv.. bad channels (it was bad weather so we stayed at the room) and the wifi was not working.

Lovely hotel with good facilities. The staff were excellent, courteous and very helpful - nothing too much trouble for them. The room was clean and comfortable with large bathroom and separate washroom with fridge and coffee making machine. It also had air con plus ceiling fans, adequate clothes hanging space and storage. I enjoyed my balcony room. Large pool and pool area, all well kept and clean plus plenty of poolside beds. Free use of internet room and gym. The hotel is located out of Key West town by the airport but there is not much aircraft noise. They run an hourly 'shuttle' bus service (free of charge to guests) to and from Key West town plus a pick up and drop off service from/to airport and from/to town for guests arriving and departing. I stayed there as a solo traveler and was made most welcome. The hotel is a 'winner' for me - would love a return visit (depending on the room charges!)

Pet friendly. :) They charged my card three times incorrectly causing me to overdraft my account. :( HOWEVER, the girl at the front desk was extremely apologetic, and fixed the problem immediately when I made her aware of it.

We saw that there was a laundry, which we did not get to use but seemed to be useful. We just stayed here for one night to be in Key West. Although this hotel costed less than others that had higher star ratings than this one, it was still far overpriced for its class and amenities. It should be priced the same as the Days inn nearby. The staff/ luggage porters were nonexistent and the hotel was teeming with guests in need of assistance. The rooms were just fair, and similar to budget motels/hotels.

I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, especially those who transported us to and from downtown and the airport. I also quite liked the comfort of the room (the bed was very comfy!) and the fresh cookies and hot drinks available upon return from downtown every afternoon. I was there over New Years, and I felt like the hotel could have a done a slightly better job facilitating transportation to and from the downtown area on New Year's Eve. I wasn't nearly as irate as one of the guests was, but I do think that having more regular shuttle service that evening (i.e., every 20-30 min between 8pm and 2am) would have made things go much more smoothly.
