The only thing that we liked were the extra pillows, and the cookies. The lobby was beautiful, but the rooms did not live up to the image that was reflected from the website and the hotel enterance. I did not like the pull out couch, it was broken. The fridge did not work and the air conditioning was off and on working. The tub was dirty, and the staff handed me cleaner to clean it myself. We had to call and complain constantly, and we were offered to move rooms when a room became available. At 11pm, they offered us to move and we were already exhausted from the day, and had to check out the next morning. I would like nothing more than a refund. The hotel was expensive and the breakfast buffet was 13.95 per person. I could've stayed at the Holiday Inn cheaper, with free breakfast, or the Crown Plaza where we usually stay and expected to pay high prices and expexsive breakfast.

I thought the hotel was great! I really can not complain about anything in the hotel. Parking was full and a little hard to find spaces, but other than that the hotel was wonderful.

Your assistant night manager Jennifer did everything possible to make up for the room we were placed in on the first night. The floor was soaked from a flooding issue in the bathroom in room 316 I believe. It was a corner room on the third floor. We were very upset that we had been placed in a room with such horrible conditions, being told the hotel was completely booked for that evening, Jennifer came up herself and offered us to move first thing in the morning and also offered us breakfast. We appreciated her willingness to resolve the situation and offer us amenities that were not included to make up for their major error. Also the fridge did not work and she had it replaced within minutes even though she already knew we were moving rooms the next morning. Thank you Jennifer you are a true asset to the company!!!!!! The day clerk at the desk when we checked out had no personality and did not even say thank you! we were a little suprised but I guess not everyone can be so fantastic as Jennifer.

The suite was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was full and the small breakfast serving area was overwhelmed by the number of guests. The staffing was lacking for breakfast.

My husband and I moved from Marietta, GA to Abu Dhabi due to my husband's teaching position at Abu Dhabi University. We have come back for the last 4 years and stayed at the Doubletree Suites by Hilton Atlanta-Galleria because we are renting our condo which is right down the street from the hotel. We love the big comfortable beds and the jacquzzi garden tubs in the room! Also, you are greeted upon your arrival with hot chocolate chip cookies they taste like they were just baked! We will continue to make reservations at this hotel for as long as we keep coming back to visit friends and relatives in Marietta, GA!

Great value, nice and friendship staff. A lot of free services: WiFi, Gym, Biz Center, etc. Would return with no doubt. Gran relación calidad/precio. El personal es muy agradable y tratan de ayudar. Muchos servicios incluidos: WiFi, gimnasio, centro de negocios, etc. Volvería sin duda. Breakfast is just ok; could be better for $15. No option for a late checkout without paying the full rate. El desayuno es solamente aceptable. Por 15 dólares debería ser mejor. Para poder dejar la habitación más tarde de lo habitual había que pagar un día completo (lo que te deja un montón de horas en la calle si tu vuelo sale a las 10 de la noche).

o quarto é enorme com pequena cozinha , sala com sofa cama e excelente espaço hotel esta velho e o cuidado com manutenção deixa a desejar. serviço de quarto demorou 12 horas Pra retirar carrinho côn. sobras de comida do corredor

Las habitaciones son grandes y limpias, el diseño del hotel lo hace muy acogedor, los empleados son muy amigables y pacientes. El precio es el justo. No hay wifi gratis sino de pago. Ofrecen en las habitaciones para hacer cafe pero no colocan agua embotellada, el AA hacia mucho ruido pero funcionaba.

It was clean, convenient & the suite concept was nice. Although I checked in at an hour that was quite late....the staff wasnt terribly friendly or helpful. I wasnt offered the a cookie which Doubletree is so famous for, despite me telling the staff person that I hadnt yet eaten dinner. The following evening, a family member had a similar experience at check-in, where the staff wasnt helpful or accomodating.
