    The room was spacious and had an excellent view over the river. Lovely restaurant . Excellent club

    Room wasnt as clean as it should have been. Hairs in bath and on bathroom floor.

    The restaurant is rather soulless with a disappointing menu.

    Service and staff were excellent. Just a little remote for touring. Shuttle service was helpful.

    You really can't walk anywhere from this hotel. You need to taxi or shuttle.

    Loved that they have a shuttle to take guests to and from nearby Boston areas. Great amenity and we had a delicious dinner at the Atlantic Fish Company at the recommendation of the very accommodating bartender.

    Parking fees for self-parking were a bit steep.

    concierge and shuttle driver outstandingly pleasant. front desk helpful.

    pool did not have a locker type room for changing and shower. Sofa bed was as hard as a rock. used 2 comforters to sleep on.

    huge room, nice staff and free shuttle to downtown and Harvard. Coffee facilities, microwave oven and complimentary wifi. The T (underground) station Cebral ( red line) is only a 12min walk from the hotel.

    Shuttle timetables , I'd appreciate more flexibility specially late evening.

    The shuttles service was very good in the hotel. The shuttles go on time and to the major attractions places in the city. Very friendly & helpful shuttles drivers. In one occasion the driver did not leave extra people at the pick-up point even though there were not enough seats in the shuttle for all people! We made space for all and everyone arrived back to the hotel in time! 

    The air-conditioning in the room was very noisy but this is the minor thing compared to the unpleasant surprise we got on the morning of our check out... Our bill came with rates completely different from what we booked through the Booking.com. The staff member did not warn us about any change in the rates when we checked in, even though the rates were clearly stated in our booking sheet which we provided at the time of checking in. Seven days later when we enquired about incorrect rates in the bill we were told by the person on the reception: you did not book directly with us so talk to Booking.com as we know nothing about these rates... The hotel staff did not listen to any reasoning and just taken the money from our credit card as per their bill not as per our booking… Please beware – this hotel is not honouring the rates from Booking.com but billing you what they want!

    Parking charges exorbitant. However, it's like that everywhere in Boston

    Good hotel, clean, very friendly staff, they gave us a cookie.

    $35 for parking per night was not disclosed to us until after we booked and could no longer cancel without penalty. No other options for parking. $35 is quite pricey given they are not downtown.

    The views are beautiful . The Charles river , boston skyline.

    It's a bit far from transit 15 to 20 minutes walking . We walked to boston university every morning.

    The staff was incredibly helpful, we were traveling with my elderly father who has serious health issues. Staff helped with luggage, taxis, elevators-made sure room was all set and so on. Had an absolutely breathtaking view of the Charles River. Incredible hotel.

    King room had a refrigerator just placed in the hallway of the room and a microwave just put on top of the refrigerator all connected poorly to a power strip. Very awkward set-up and blocked half the walkway. Room did not smell good. Had a strong odor of an old nursing home - told the front desk but got no response. Asked to move rooms but front desk was unresponsive.

    The staff were very helpful and friendly. The kids loved the pool. They had a 24hr shop for late night cups of tea! The free shuttle bus to the major attractions was very useful. Checking in and out was quick and easy.

    I'd have liked to have breakfast there but it was very expensive. Not enough tea bags in the room for tea addicts like myself.

    Excellent Concierge service. Was very helpful to get most out of our 2day trip to Boston - thank again Evan! Liked the free shuttle service to three different places in Boston downtown and Cambridge. Breakfast was very well and had everything from fresh made omelet to fruits etc. Fantastic view and place on the roof, with an amazing night view over Boston (but, drinks tasted awful and were served in plastic cups).

    Wasn't able to sleep because they do the vacuuming of the lobby and stairs in the middle of the night (11:30pm to 00:30am). Complaint didn't help in the night (they didn't stop it). They argue to have no influence because the service is provided by a 3rd party... (however, compensated next day by a free breakfast). The doors produce a loud noise on closing if not handled with extra caution. That need improvement as well.

    20 mins walking to Harvard Uni. a little bit far away from the downtown but hotel arrange free shuttle bus to there. very convenient.
