Comfortable and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Our hallway smelled like smoke: particularly marajuana.

Comfortable rooms. Very affordable with special rates.

Couldn't control heat/cooling. Hallway noise was unusually loud. Had to call front desk to send security to quiet other guests twice during the night. Floors need to be monitored better. More needs to be done to sound proof the guest rooms.

I liked the comfort of the King size bed & suite. I liked the convience of having a Starbucks inside the hotel. I also thought that the staff were friendly & helpful when we had questions. I also enjoyed the location of the hotel.

I ordered food from the hotel once, the food was over priced & wasn't very good. So it is something I wouldn't do again. Also I was going to be double charged for the food & the overnight parking upon check out. So there was a lack of communication there, but the staff at the front desk did patiently work through the problem. So I did appreciate that.

Climate control in room very loud and lacked adjustability - too hot. Late night food in restaurant was not up to the standard of this chain.

I loved how they were green conscious, meaning they took many steps to provide energy saving and waste saving ideas. Better for planet Earth! The rooms were VERY clean and it was very peaceful throughout the hotel! Very very quiet.

I did not like that they charge you a $50 deposit each night that you stay WITHOUT TELLING YOU. This was never put it in the description nor was given to my attention while checking in. So I had to find out by looking through my bank statement, but they take it off 5-7 business days after your stay to see that the room is intact and you did not leave any damages, so that was taken care of. Also, in the description it says that there is parking available, yet it also forgets to mention that they charge you parking $20/night! Now this was brought to my knowledge as they hand you the key card for the parking facility.

We were greeted with chocolate chip cookies that were still warm and our check in took less than 5 minutes. The room was amazingly nice and it really made our trip that much more enjoyable !

I love that you have the living room area. It was nice because we had some friends hang out while we got ready and it felt more like being at home.

I didn't like that we were not told we would be charged for parking. I think if you are going to charge, you should let the guest know.

Staff was very helpful ans considerate. Staff allowed us to leave car in parking area longer after checkout till end of conference.

Nice and friendly staff when we arrived.

Rough crowed gathered in the lobby late and caused problems with staff. Perhaps a safety concern in the future. There were visible drug transactions being made in the lobby and there was no effort from late night staff or security to stop it. Really didn't feel safe when arriving back there later in the night. One gentleman actually was by the front desk area and pushed everything off of the desk and onto the floor.
