“ The suites are so roomy. We almost felt as though we were at home we were so comfortable. We loved it! The location was great. It was easy to get to both the Omaha Zoo and Werner Park where the Omaha Storm Chasers play. We are definitely going to stay here next time we come back to Omaha. ”

the two room suite. We each had our own space. charges for Wi fi. blood on the sheets on the sofa bed.

it was OK. The bathrooms were nice and the room layout was good. Did not like the smell in the room. It smelled musty and like it had been a smoking hotel prior. That smell makes everything feel like it's not clean.

The suites are so roomy. We almost felt as though we were at home we were so comfortable. We loved it! The location was great. It was easy to get to both the Omaha Zoo and Werner Park where the Omaha Storm Chasers play. We are definitely going to stay here next time we come back to Omaha. The only thing we didn't like was the small size of the elevators and the parking lot seemed over crowded so we had to park behind the hotel.

It was OK. The beds were pretty comfortable. WiFi costs $10 per day but they were not very clear about that when we booked. It wouldn't take them much to mention that and give the price in advance. Unfortunately, we are left assuming they do not say anything because they know we will stay somewhere else with free WiFi.

The furnishings were nice. I appreciated having a door between the living area and the bedroom. I also appreciated the good natural light. The rooms smell a little mildew-Y. On the weekend, it is kind of a party zone for families, both with young children and teenagers. But you can't hear it from the bedroom, just the living area.

The design of the hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. The location was perfect for everything we had in mind while in Omaha. The room was hot and it wouldn't cool off. We had the thermostat at 65 and the room stayed 76 the whole time we were there. It was very uncomfortable since we were on the top floor and it was 100 degrees outside. We didn't get towels or wash cloths the second day and had to wait two hours, after two phone calls to get more in order to shower. I over heard the front desk tell a caller that they were out of towels when we checked in. The pool area was out of towels the entire time we were there. A housekeeper was the only person that cared about teenagers being rude, loud, and dangerous in the pool even though many people complaiend to the front desk. It was impossible for smaller kids to enjoy it.

Atrium was nice. Shuttle service also nice but would like it to go to old market downtown. Bar was overpriced. Some stained celing tiles in bathroom. Corner joints coming apart in shower. Shower did not drain well.
