Within walking distance of area attractions, in the heart of Omaha's Old Market Area, this completely non-smoking hotel has contemporary rooms along with many thoughtful amenities, including a free...
Score from 126 reviews Excellent
The suites were very accommodating for our family of 6. The double beds were a bit tight for my husband and I, but the size of the rooms more than made up for it.
The buffet was a bit rough in the morning. I don't know if they were having an off morning, but it took forever to get our bill so we could be off on our way.
Location, price, facilities. I had been there years ago and still like the place.
1 of the 2 phones didn't work. Remotes had dead batteries. Room was freezing. Had the heat cranked to 80 in order to not be cold and it wasn't even that warm.
I always enjoy staying here. Love the warm cookies & the staff has always been great. Rooms offer plenty of space for families to enjoy themselves. Location is great... Lots to do right in the area.
Breakfast was $14.99. I only stayed one night, had we stayed longer we likely would have chosen a different hotel that offered free breakfast. Many of hotels were comparable in price, location, etc & they provided free wi-fi & breakfast. This on just happened to be closest to where I needed to be while in Omaha.
The bedroom linens had been updated and the bed was comfortable.
The room smelled bad. The atrium is big and cold and a terrible place for the managers reception. Nowhere to sit. The 'restaurant' is not! Cold, poor service and it smells bad.
Love the rooms, Love the atrium, Always a great stay.
Children running in the halls at all hours of the night
I asked for two queen beds-made sure to confirm with the front desk that we would have two queens and they assured me I did. But I got to the room and found I had one king bed and a pullout bed. I was not happy about that at all.
Kids really liked the pool. We liked the cookie service. Staff was friendly
Furniture needs updating.
The staff is what made the stay. The building is older, but very clean. This being said the staff always, and I mean always, went above and beyond to take care of all my needs.
It was very good, the kids enjoyed themselves.
The buffet inside the hotel was a bit pricey for me. It wouldn't hurt to drop the prices a bit.
The hot cookies when you arrived was the neatest touch.
The fact that the kitchen was not stocked with silverware, paper plates, or dishes.
How much room the suite had.
Pool was a little small if full of kids
Our whole family loved this hotel. The whole place is full of charm and details. The room entrance, the lobby, the glass elevators, the kitchen and style of the pool and hot tub and the balconies were a huge hit with the kids. We would recommend anyone staying here.
The suite king room with sofa bed are spacious with a big fridge and microwave.
There were some dust in the bathroom vent...
Easy check in and out
French doors as a front door to the room.
I liked the suite part of the room. I also like The main lobby and eating area.
The front desk was rude when we first got there. We asked for two queens and we got two doubles, so my daughter had to sleep on a uncomfortable sofa couch. The bathroom was falling apart and the lid on the toilet did not even go with that toilet. The shower/bathtub was chipping and falling apart.
Staff was friendly. Request for additional linens and towels was promptly filled. Hotel seems to be an older Embassy Suites, turned into a Doubletree, so there IS a door you can close between bedroom and sitting area.
Dirty sheets left on sofabed. Worn chair and couch. Carpets were a bit damp. Air conditioning never really got cold--muggy all night and the outdoor weather was not that hot.
I liked the suites and kitchen. Nice staff.
Our reservation gave us the address to the incorrect hotel. then to arrive to no reservation was stressful. Thank God they had room. Additionally, the bathrooms were small.
the people are
Room was large and comfortable.
Some of the lights in the front part of the suite didn't work. Larger coffee pot would have been nice but it was ok
The room, king size bed, quietness, loved the cookies
Bathroom in bedroom, should be in between so extra guests did not have to go through bedroom. The sofa sleeper was HORRIBLE, would have been softer on the floor,MIT was really bad, otherwise nice place.
Everything, a very nice place to stay.
Food prices were high, but we are not use to big city prices.
The pool was really warm and the whole family loved it. I also enjoyed the outside balcony.
Staff had a bad attitude. Very snotty and rude.
The layout of the rooms and commons areas was very nice.
There was black mildew or mold around the edge of the bathtub and inside the toilet bowl. The tub was discolored and the stopper did not work. The air conditioning was out of service; only heat was available, so it was stuffy in the room at all times.
