My first stay at this hotel and was very much impressed! Large suite with sitting room and desk area with high level furnishings. Comfortable, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely look for another Doubletree in my travels!!

Good stay and hopefully we could stay longer. The swimming pool is nice. Free shuttle service to airport or downtown. Nice people.

they over charge be for a Hamburger I had delivered. It cost me $40.00. When leaving the Shuttle person was to big he could even offer to help with the bags. A passenage had to help me getting them off the bus. I want a refund for the hotel and for the Hambuger that was deliverd.

As grandparents on a family trip with three granddaughters, we loved the pool and the service of the front desk. She went out of her way to help us get a rental car.

The pool. Big and deep, perfect for my 6 year old to swim in and enjoy the evenin. Continental breakfast was good, which I thought was going to be muffins and fruit, but was much more. That's good because there weren't many restaurants within walking distance. Staff were friendly, especially the shuttle driver and the woman working in the gift shop.

room was dated. An attic door just above the shower showed signs of rust and decay. Didn't necessarily give off that "pristine and clean" look, but then again, I didn't stay at this hotel for their showers.

the suite was roomy, comfortable,well priced and the 24 hour shuttle to the airport was a major feature.

the restaurant was overpriced & way too much salt on my steak.

Comfortable suite, helpful staff, hot cookie on check in, and airport shuttle provided 24 hrs daily.

Airport location great for travellers like us, but not ideal for a vacation base.

I didnt like the printer station basically sitting in the middle of the hostess stand for the restaurant. I didn't like only having a black and white printer.

I liked the airport shuttle service, the bar area and the free breakfast. Service was excellent and I like the suites.

Spacious room.

Fold out couch for kids was very uncomfortable. Brochure at pool advertised happy hour from 3 to 7. When we arrived at bar we were told they stopped happy hour.

Great staff and comfortable.

Belvedere resturaunt is way over priced for the quality and service. Free breakfast was a cattle call rushing us in and out as fast as they could. Quality was poor and dirty because of this.

Center city location.

Breakfast buffet is poor.

The pool, weight room. the shuttle service I didn't have to rent a car.

Should extend the boundaries at least a mile & 1/2 for the shuttle.

The open air feeling of the place and the spacious rooms. The HVAC systems actually worked well. Most hotels have a hard time getting this right.

The shower control is cumbersome and could cause not water injury. The restaurant was very over priced for the quality of the food and the menu is quite limited

The couch is dirty, I asked for clean towels to cover it.

The room was great... Comfortable beds! And the pool size is perfect... Want to go again!

There was no shampoo in the bathroom!

Stayed in executive suite king bed. Very nice and well appointed. Pool and hot tub area were very nice

Carpeting in room felt a bit old and worn, like it had been lived on too much. A nicer breakfast should be available for travelers who have to leave before 7 AM. That is a late start for breakfast and the early version is pretty unappealing. I wish I'd known about that before I booked a room with breakfast included.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Complimentary breakfast was excellent.

Rooms were spacious and very clean. Check in was a breeze, everything was great.

the room that we got was not a 4 star room and we were sold a 4 star hotel. Thepaint on the bathroom doors were all chipped off. I have the pictures. I do not recommend this hotel to others as a 4 star hotel.

It was an ideal location after a very long flight from the uk. The room was excellent - just what we required after such a journey.

Clean, friendley, close to airport

Very close to the Phoenix Airport and the free shuttle is very convenient. Rooms are big and comfortable. Still love that welcome cookie :).

Accomodations are a little bit dated. Not too bad, though.
